Dollar Tree

I'm not sure why it even has 4 stars it's a no for me. I have been in better and the employees seem to be not so friendly with a lot of blank stares and several employees in aisles but not putting things away. Again rude not to say does anyone need help. No one spoke 2 registers open. But they looked busy at least 45 or more people in the store. But ok to the 4 stars they don't need that.

This location has a better variety of items

Everything here is a dollar most of the items. I got these big double chocolate rice krispies only for $1 which is a steal deal for me. I end up taking 5 of them which is a really good deal and they are delicious. They also kitchen items and much more. They have a nice selection of birthday cards at the store. They have holiday decorations as well. Highly recommended to anyone.

Terrible store. Nearly always out of something I need. If you love waiting in line, this store is for you! Line almost back to the frozen section and only one cashier working. Yet two stand around drinking Starbucks and talking about the weather. Meanwhile the manager is looking out the window on the phone. I came in for 4 things. Two were out of stock and I waited in line for 20 minutes to buy the other two. Go to Lockport instead. It’s clean, well stocked and they always have several cashiers working.

The manager, Nick, was extremely rude! I ran in a few minutes before they were closed to grab something and spoke with another worker who was very friendly. He came inside and yelled that I couldn't be there. I will drive the extra few minutes to another location after being spoke to like that.

The reason why I give this place a two star review, it’s lake of customer Service. I do work in retail myself, our main focus to focus engage with our customers. Here when you check out all they do is either don’t talk to you or they talk to each other the employees. I like how everything is a dollar but customer service should be a lot better

Staff is amazing and the store is very organized! I always find what I’m looking for.

Did not have Halloween cards

We went into the store and purchased items that called for EBT as well as cash. We rang up at one counter and after after several attempts we were unable to use our card at that particular register. So we were moved to a new register after the manager came over and told us it was not their system that was the problem it was our card that was the problem. So when we moved over to the new counter our card worked perfectly with no problem and I asked the manager to apologize to me because she made me feel so bad about the card in the first place. She would not apologize to me and told me I was the sorry one I am reporting her that Manager needs to be fired immediately. My review of this dollar store is a one starBe prepared if you are African-American to be treated unkindly at this store and rudely beware.

Bought this gnome for $1.25 and it took me a while to pick it out Bc a lot of them were looking pretty cheap. Idk but the bow fell off right when I got home so it seems like the cashier was being a little rough with it. Now I have to hot glue it or something which I don’t really want to do. Or find something else worth this much money like some Easter lights.
