They used to have small plastic bags which were great for my small trash cans. I asked if they had them and she said no. Checkout girl had an airpod in and was sorta friendly.
The manager very rude and very bad attitude, she is a skinny lady in her 50 plus. just left the store 03/04/2023, it’s 6:09 pm now. I buy glass for cocktails and draft beer there, nobody never told me that I couldn’t get the box for to place my cocktails glass inside, she told me for to ask next time instead just getting things myself, but she sounds very rude, I will buy all my stuff for my business elsewhere!
This dollar tree customer service is horrible. Today, I went in to buy somethings the man that was helping decide that he wanted me to pay cash and I told him that I did have cash. I asked if he could run it again so that I can pay with my business card and he told me that he can but he couldn't wrap the glass containers again. I decide that I would never go to this store again.
Some good things. Somethings could be better. Good snacks for kids.
Honestly, this Dollar tree is the most organized one I have been to. Alyssa and Lorraine were so helpful as I had to deal with balloons and I know that can be annoying. Every time I go to a dollar tree, there is only one cashier and a line out the door. They were very efficient!
The store is really messy. Costs have gone up due to inflation.
I was there today to return some Halloween item, the cashier immediately flip on me as if I was gonna steal his money. Than their assistant manger flip on me, finally they call the manager. He was very kind and ask them to exchange. Through out the process the cashier was mad that he had to do that. And was constantly reminding me of holding the line. It was the worst experience ever. I go to this dollar tree all the time but I could not in last month as both my kids were sick since the week of Halloween and that’s why I couldn’t return the item right away. It was just 13$ worth of item idk why where they so mad about it. They don’t have to pay from their pockets. They just need to do their job.
Hit the Dollar tree on the perfect day they had so many brand names on this day great day to stock up for filling my stockings.
This is the worst dollar tree I've ever been to. I was in here making a purchase and only had a $20 bill on me. The man at the register told me he couldn't make change for a $20. When I explained that dollar tree being a retail store they should be able to make change for a $20 bill. He again claimed he didn't have any change in his drawer for such a large bill and gave me a nasty attitude about it. At this point I asked to speak with a manager and a woman came out of the office, clearly heard the whole conversation and said to me, "we don't have any change here for $20. We just did a bank run, I don't know what else to tell you!" This store has no customer service skills, very unfriendly and rude staff and not to mention you actually cannot make change for $20?! Completely unacceptable. This isn't the first time I've been given attitude by the employees and manager. These people need a lesson in how to treat people and how to make change.
This place has the worst manager a male and assistant manager female. Please, Dollar tree, look into this. The so called male manager has zero people skills. Also, the store is dirty with big stains on the carpet on the floor. Dollar Tree, take a pointer from the store Big Lots which is a few feet down from Dollar Tree. Wonderful people work there.
