Aside from the one awesome employee at the register tall, thin, blonde lady who was super nice and very apologetic, the place is a mess! Huge lines and stock needing to be put out all over the store! Couldn't find a manager or assistant mgr. anywhere! They should be cleaning, stocking and helping at the registers when its that busy! Customers should always come first. Paperwork can be done when its not as busy. I know it's hard to hire people, but that place is in drastic need of help! Its horrible!
Letisha the manager is a rude, ignorant, blind individual. Came in to get one item and she wouldn't stop talking, she finally stopped talking and waved her hand in my face as I tried to give an elderly lady time to move in front of me. I tossed my item on the counter and she refused to sell the item. Clearly abusing authority, wouldn't be surprised if that's why no one works there.
Absolutely the worst Dollar tree in the area, conditions are filthy and store is trashed literally watch the manager on duty stepping over messes on the floor like didn't even bother him.
Went in as soon as they opened and requested 30 balloons! They immediately jumped on it and within 30 minutes I was good to go!
This store allway has a full shelves unlike the Mary Esther store which has many more customers.
I love shopping at the dollar tree . Everybody is so nice.
In person, the staff is helpful. I called today to place a balloon order right before 6pm to pick up at 730pm. I did this as a courtesy call instead of just showing up and getting it then. The associate was pleasant but the manager who was taking my order was not. I felt rushed and he told me to "next time can you give us more than 1.5 hours" and so I told him "if it's an issue, I dont mind calling somewhere else." Overall the experience was unpleasant and I hope that he has better customer service in person.
Not too clean or neat. Even by Dollar Tree standards. The store on 724 Eglin Parkway is much better. The cashiers were friendly and helpful, though. They can't be responsible for management duties. I was surprised to see the manager walking through the store without a mask despite the sign on the door that says "all customers must wear a mask". Apparently he was on his way outside to smoke a cigarette in front of the store. Which partially accounts for the reason he's not too concerned appearances or health concerns. I realize we're not talking about Saks Fifth Avenue here. But come on guy. At least pretend you care about your customers.
The 25% increase and size decrease has pretty much ruined the dollar tree. Can still find a couple of ok deals, but a waste of time for the most part. Looks like walmart is now better, maybe if you're not going out of your way, it might still hold a couple of small deals.
I LOVED IT!! Found everything and more there. They had this one really great guy there I didn't get his name but he was doing everything he could to help the customers. Man they need to pay him more!! Would 100% recommend!
