Fun friendly environment. Staff was very friendly and helpful, store was clean, and everyone was working hard. Only had 1 cashier and the manager came to cashier and help clear the line and she got us out really quick and apologized for the wait. Still a great value at $1.25. Great experience

They have great bargains, but stay away from electronics as they are not quality material for $1 for electronics. Of course, excellent deals all the time, as you really cannot beat $1 for everything. Some candies and snacks are actually less than $1
I have been to this store a few times and every time I'm disgusted. I see that they are short handed and i understand that. Its been 2 months store still trashed employees treated like trash and customers worse. Expired food and open packages being sold. Store is a disaster. Don't shop here
Joie, hope I spelled this correctly is a hard working manager who has to deal with stocking, employees, customer service etc.. She gives 110%. I recognize her job because I did it for 25 years. I recommend this store its has great stuff for my granddaughters.
What I have to say, I would like to give this zero stars but it won't let me post anything unless I rate them. If you have autistic child or child with special learning disability. Wouldn't recommend taking to Dollar tree due to a VERY RUDE staff member and unprofessional.
My daughter and I have been to this location many many times. The last time was probably a month and a half ago. Today we went in and it is disgusting! The floors have stains all over them and look like they haven't been mopped in a very long time. It smelled and all their coolers were empty. The worst was the smell and how dirty it is. If I were the manager or another employee that works there I would be ashamed. The company needs to address this location.
YIKES this store needs some serious help!!! I almost just walked back out that's how disgusting it is. I was so shocked at the condition of this store that I had to go further in. Barely any stock on the shelves, boxes of stock sitting all over unpacked, dirty, dirty, dirty, and staff wear street clothes so good luck trying to hunt down the cashier. Don't know what they're doing since the store looks like it should be shut down for real. They def aren't cleaning. But they're not at the register lol. WOW!!!!! For real, at least don't trust food here if u feel u just must shop here. I def won't be back, ewwwww.
The Kingman store needs more cashiers. There were at least a dozen people in line.
Dollar store in Kingman Arizona next to Safeway is always busy sometimes the floors are filthy and the shelves are disorganized. Sometimes its clean. Sometimes employees will walk right by items that had fallen on the floor and will not bother to pick them up. Not much pride in there work. The cashiers are courteous apologetic and work hard. The Manager i don't know her name doesn't help her employees when needed and apparently does not know how to schedule her staff for the busy times of the day. For example: one cashier and 10 people in line and she is aware and just walks by. This has happened several times while I am in the store. The Manager needs to be reminded that Customer Service is important and so are her employees.
