Dolphin Carwash Ottawa

Quality wash and dry. The monthly wash membership is worth the money. But be forewarned, it renews every month off your credit card so if you only want it for 1 month you have to cancel it. It doesn't say this on your receipt or on the board. Would have been nice to know.

Quick little car wash. They had my car looking very clean and nice, that was only the basic $6 exterior wash. They have different levels of washes that they provide. They even have a membership deal that you can sign up for.

Went there think it costs me like 12 bucks. Worst job I've ever seen. When they say it'll be done in 3 minutes I should have left I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. You should get what you pay for not there tho I give it a 0 out of 5 stars. ROUT 6 CAR WASH is absolutely amazing! There right across the street from duffys, at least when I took my 1st mustang in a few years ago. I spent 100 on the full car detail with a wax job. It was a sale. Took them along time. I waited like 6 or 7 hours. But my 05 looked like a 75000 dollar car that day. Even on a regular 15 dollar wash they will do excellent I would bet on it dolphins car wash is a joke!

I just drove 600 miles through a snow storm from SC my SUV had never seen snow or Road Salt I had to get it off quick! My 01 Yukon has 230000 miles on it and absolutely no rust I wasn’t going to let it start now! I was here to visit a friend in Ottawa my Friend told me to go here when I got off I80 and was very pleased with the results! I think it cost me $9 for a basic wash with the undercarriage wash! They did a great job wiping down after going though the wash area! I don’t know what all the bad reviews are about Full Service Car Washes like this don’t exist in many places they are dying like Drive In Movies! They did forget to move the passenger mirror back out but I think I distracted them when I told them not to open the rear hatch because I had a bunch of luggage back there that might fall out! I’m not going to remove any stars for that it was a cold winter day and working for a full service car wash is tough in the north I used to do the same exact job in Pennsylvania. I wish there were places like this were I live now but all we have are self service or Unstaffed Brushless car washes that don’t do a very good job!

Absolutely horrible job my truck was left with dirt all over absolute waste of money. The young girl went arround with the brush and while wiping the bottoms of my mirrors left two big scratches in my door on my black paint. 10/10 do not take your vehicle here.

Just spent over $30 on a wash they missed so many spots on my truck, looks almost as bad as when I brought it in..I could have bought the materials myself and done better for less money.. Don't think I'll be going back.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Let me first start off by saying that if I could give this place ELEVEN STARS out of five, I'd do it. I'm so happy to be able to write an overwhelmingly positive review for once. I spent the summer with my car sitting in a gravel/rock parking lot as semi trucks carrying that fine LaSalle County silica sand drove in and out. I mention this because after a month in Ottawa, the entire interior of my car was coated with a layer of that dust/sand. Everything I own was covered in a layer of that dust including probably the interior of my lungs. Hooray! There was NO WAY I wanted to clean that car out. There was no way I wanted to drive home and get everything I own at home covered in that fine LaSalle County silica dust. So I visited Dolphin. That guy did such an amazing job detailing the interior of my car it looked BRAND FRIGGIN' NEW. This is a 10-year old car - and the interior was absolutely spotless. As in "better than I've ever seen it and I feel like a dirtbag for not ever cleaning it that well" spotless. As in "I could go on a date and SHE would be impressed at how spotless the interior of my car was" spotless. As in "maybe she might start worrying that the interior of my car might be a little TOO clean" spotless. For less than $40, that guy I've forgotten his name - sorry, dude went to town on that fine LaSalle County silica dust like someone who's been on a carb-free diet for six months going to town on a plate of bacon cheddar cheese french fries on their cheat day. He cleaned the interior of my car SO WELL that I'd consider driving up from where I live the St. Louis area if I bought a new used car and wanted to eliminate any trace of the previous owners for ever. For ever? For ever ever. Needless to say, if I come back to Ottawa, IL next summer, and my car is covered in dust again - this is the first place I'm coming. Great. Friggin'. Job. ELEVEN STARS.

Paid $23.00 for their premium wash: didn't vacuum next to the seats and the wash was sos so at best. No one seemed to care at all. They got me once, wont spend another nickel with them again!

Worst wash that I ever received there. Rear of truck just as dirty as before. Time to find a new car wash.

Car came out spotless, with their laser wash, & Dryed!! Good plce to get your car washed!
