Dolphin Mall Theater

Was on vacation in the Miami area and it was raining one evening so we went to see a movie here. We wanted some popcorn and soda to enjoy during the movie. We waited in line close to half an hour for one popcorn and two sodas. I felt so bad for the lady running concessions, she was the only worker behind the counter and it was just taking so long. The quality of our food/drink was good. They have a self serve station for adding butter to your popcorn which was nice! The movie had regular stadium seating which was fine, obviously recliners would have been even better. Movie was good Memory 2022! After the movie we went to take pictures in the picture booth they had in the arcade section and it wouldn’t take our cash or card so that was disappointing. Another arcade game they had wasn’t working either. Overall an “okay” experience.

Today was my first and probably my last visit to this theater. The rooms smell musty and gross, like the carpets or the walls need a deep clean. The popcorn tasted okay, but there was no other food available. They also didn’t have bottled drinks so no water, just sugary pop. The bathrooms smelled like urine. Overall, a bad experience.

The movie was fun and I really liked the popcorn. The tickets to the movies were ok, but the sodas were a little pricey. Overall, it was nice. Can't wait to go back to see Jungle Cruise. Oh, the staff was really friendly and helpful.

There where only three registers open at the concessions with all these people, as seen in the picture. Talked to the manger if there was a solution and they took no action at all.

This is a line to buy a snack , only one or two cashiers available ; bad service , taking for ever , they need to hire more employees not to make guest wait too long to purchase a snack, I give them one star today ; horrible !!!!!!

This was my first time going to this movie theater, went to see Smile which was a great movie, but the experience was extremely lacking. We wanted to shop at the mall and decided to hit the movie for the 10:05 showing and that was a mistake. When we bought our movie tickets there were SO many seats left so it looked like it would be super chill. The first signal was the insanity at the concession stand: the lines were extremely long, only 3 people were working, and they were out of candy except for chocolate raisins and snickers bars. So we get our popcorn and drinks and head to the theater, again super chill there we're 4 people in the row in front of us and a couple folks scattered elsewhere, so we sat down and started watching the early previews. As the real previews begin you can literally HEAR voices entering the theater and probably 25 teenagers came in and were the loudest freaking people to ever be at a movie theater. They sat in other people's seats and started moving around during the entire movie, the entire theater shushed them multiple times, some people even asked them to shut up several times, it was just annoying. You pay money to see movies in theaters and this really ruined the experience. There were no movie attendants who walked in to make sure people were behaving, they constantly talked over the movie and took photos with the flash on, the list goes on. Will not be going back to this movie theater ever again!

A line for food no walk, people lose his films or see the films without take any food. The manager said she can’t do anything or not want to make anything for help his customers. Worst service.

When enter from zone 3 take escalator or elevator to 2nd floor. There are stairs near zone 3 as well otherwise enter from otherside of mall directly, zone 9 parking area.

The only person who gave us great customer service and felt welcoming was the ticket checker guy on Black Friday around 6pm. Other than that this place is horrible. The theater where we watched our movie was dirty, popcorn butter in our seats and all over the floor, sticky floors due to the sodas obviously it wasn’t clean before our movie started, The surround sound was bad and seats are so uncomfortable. Overall one star. This theater is not want it used to be. Bye!!

Don’t come here if you’re an adult wanting to enjoy a movie. This theatre is packed with teenagers. Just left after watching smile and all the teenagers were laughing the entire movie. The girl next to me munched on a bag of potato chips very loudly. At one Point I wanted to walk out mid movie
