Accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE), Dominican's School of Social Work focuses on preparing graduates for service to individuals, families, groups, communities and the professional world. They provide MSW, MSW/MBA, Type 73 School Social Work Certification and Gerontology Graduate Certificate programs. The School of Social Work also provides a 9 month or 2 year advanced standing program for those that have a BSW from an accredited CSWE program. Others can complete the MSW program in 2 years as a full-time student or in 3 or 4 years as a part-time student.
