I’ve NEVER had a problem with this location before, they had been consistent for the last two years in my opinion.. but here lately it’s been a little rough. Ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza and first pic this is what I got. They “ happily “ replaced it with this ! 90% sure they were being funny at this point. Who looked at this and said “ yep looks good ! “
Delivery driver arrived and didn't even get out the car. He had me open the back door and retrieve the pizzas myself. Kind of wishing I didn't tip since little effort was made to actually deliver. Pizza tasted fine so that's a plus.
I ordered my pizza online like I have done many times but, although the ready time was 1108-1118a, I got there early, the pizza was brought out to the car and when I got home I discovered it was completely room temperature, no heat whatsoever. I called and think I spoke with the manager on duty who said it had been sitting on the warmer - clearly was made ahead of time for someone and given to me instead. Manager told me that it couldn't possibly have been cold - end of story. Although I ONLY order from that location, I live 2 mi away, I will have to Antonio's Pizza across the street, his food is alway perfect and hot. So much for standing behind your product.
This was a really great experience. I haven’t had a Domino’s pizza in a long time, but this pizza was awesome. I originally called the Laburnum location but they told me to call Highland Springs location. I called and the nicest young guy answered the phone Nick He took my order and was so professional and just very nice.I was very impressed with the pizza and with Nick. Kudos to Nick!!! Janie Perry
Very disappointed. Ordered Mediterranean veggie sandwich and guess what I got. Sandwich with literally no veggie. It was like bread and some burnt cheese. How could you make something like that.
I ordered a jalapeno Bacon baked bread and received it with nothing but cheese on it and the marble cookie brownie was undercooked.. I got extra sauce tho...
Not the smartest people in the world the trans-male ftm didn't have change for a 50$ but my total was 38.00 if the store doesn't have change they shouldn't be open
This used to be a great location. However, the last several times I have ordered my order has sat with in prep or quality check for more than 30 minutes. Currently, my order has been in prep for 45 minutes. Completely disappointed with this location. Update: This location has not gotten any better in the last 2 years. It's so disappointing because I really like Domino's pizza.
Two of the pizzas looked like a 3-year-old made them. They were not cooked well done as ordered. The thin crust pizza was very bland and looked terrible. The chicken pizza had to be cooked more after I got it home. The photo was taken after we cooked it more. Overall it was a terrible pizza experience.
Ordered pizza at 8:49pm. They was to bring it to my car and never did. Had to walk in at 10:10pm to pick up my pizza. The pizza was sitting on the rack. Employees was sitting around. Dominos sign isn't lit. What is going on with this location??
