Two orders back to back made incorrectly entirely inedible. Too much sauce, under cooked pies, with way too much cheese it just slides off the tomato soup pizza. Also, I dont understand how they have so many employees working , then still take an hour to deliver in a three mile radius of homes. Disgusting.
When the clock strikes half past ten, and hunger relentlessly gnaws at the pit of my stomach, Domino's Pizza emerges like a beacon of sustenance. In a world where most culinary establishments slumber, Domino's stands tall, unyielding in its mission to satiate the late-night cravings of the famished masses. As I eagerly placed my order, I knew that within the confines of the familiar red and blue boxes lay salvation in the form of a piping hot pie. The aroma of melted cheese and savory toppings wafted through the air as anticipation swelled within me. In a matter of minutes, the delivery arrived, a testament to Domino's unwavering commitment to timely service. I took my first bite and there it was, the familiar taste that has graced countless palates over the years. The crust, though lacking the artisanal touch of brick ovens and hand-kneading, possessed a delightful crispness. The amalgamation of tangy tomato sauce, melty cheese, and an assortment of toppings coalesced into a comfort food symphony, providing solace for the ravenous soul. While Domino's may not encompass the gourmet flair of a Michelin-starred establishment, it shines forth as a reliable ally in the battle against late-night hunger pangs. In a world where options grow scarce at times when the moon reigns supreme, Domino's Pizza stands steadfast and dependable, a food fortress guarding against the perils of empty stomachs. Whether seeking respite after a long day or finding sustenance in the depths of the night, Domino's proves its worth as a dependable source of nourishment. It may not claim the title of culinary virtuoso, but it holds an unyielding place in the hearts of those who seek solace in the simplicity of a hot slice, reminding us that even amidst darkness, Domino's is there to feed our insatiable cravings.
I give up. Why does my 2 topping specially ordered pizza have NO SAUCE. I try to be understanding but considering this pizza isn't cheap , why is there always something with this location. Tonight Who just doesn't put sauce on a pizza? How is that forgotten?
I don't think I've ever had "bad" pizza from a Domino's, but I had never been to this Kutztown location before. I got a pan pizza which didn't look to be done all the way in the middle and a thin crust pizza which was burnt black around the outside. Very disappointing.
No ham on pizza....onion and pineapple is definitely not the same without it! Last time forgot all toppings on my husband's pizza. Deliver to the wrong house many times too. They're good with compensation, but shouldn't have to. Check the order before topping and before sending...why is that not procedure? 1/25/21 Now getting 1 star - this is their feedback: Two hours from time of order completion to delivery is absolutely unacceptable and probably means the food is borderline unsafe to consume. Everything was cold! If it was going to be an issue, the customers should have been called. We live like 10 minutes away and would have gladly picked it up. The amount of sauce on the wings is surely a joke. We won't order from this location again. After this review, we were compensated again...I feel bad for the manager.
On March 4 I ordered a medium pan pizza with extra cheese Philly steak and Bacon a side order of the sweet BBQ chicken and an order of cheese bread. Ordered From 15100 Kutztown Road Suite #4 Store #9090 1st I ordered at 7:07pm the domino's location is only 11min from my residence it took them 45 min to get our food to us when app said only 27min. The pizza box looked like something was placed on top our pizza was smoothed, it wasn't cut and when tried to cut found the pizza was not cooked it mostly was raw. when I called the manager didn't seem to feel anything on there end was an issue and seemed to not believe me when I mentioned the raw pizza all he wanted to do was remake our pizza which he said would take another 30min to get. Then he said he would only offer a free pizza next order. Now my complaint is what If I didn't want to trust your company again on another order, he said it's a free pizza why wouldn't you want to use it. After arguing for about 10min I took the free pizza next visit but very unhappy with the customer service please see the attached
Man I have never ordered from the dominos here in kutztown before now, and lived here about 2 years, but I gotta say they really did good tonight. They were here in a timely manner, the driver was nice, they got good deals on 2 pizzas, the food was hot and cooked nicely and taste great. Sheesh, these cinnamon twists with the icing make me wanna hug the guy who made them. Other places around kutztown, mamas and Camillos to name a few, have messed up too many times or let me down. Thanks dominos !
James the GM NEEDS SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, after I call the first of 5 times to get an order he kept telling me 5 minutes and he can see the driver location. He is rude he put me on hold so long that I had to call back, when I did he said later on that he was standing next to the employee who had answered after his negligence to ever pick the phone back up. I was quoted 20-30 minutes 55 minutes later is my 3rd call james then felt comfortable enough to hang up on me as i was questioning where the driver was on James said 5 minutes so after another 15 minutes i call back questionsing why i live 8 minutes away but it seems like it is forever.I don't know how he even is a GM after I called back he hung up again after saying sorry there is no boss over me to call, well James you should have never been a boss you must have had family ties or family money but you won't Last long with that attitude.
Before ordering i was not sure should i order or not bcz of reviews but everyone has different reviews my experience with dominos is good i ordered for delivery they deliver on time and the person who took my call is alos nice and polite and the delivery driver is also good. Will recommend this place to everyone
Our orders used to be delivered in 20-30 minutes…. The last 2 have been very late. 1:15 min last night and over 2 hours a month ago. Pizza was cold and soggy each time. We’re done with this place.
