HOWARD the delivery driver was extremely rude upon delivering my food. HE Demanded to know why i did not tip him beforehand , also demanded a tip before handing me the pizza. He then made comments on my physical appearance. Dominos needs to reconsider the type of people they hire.
Credit card machine too slow or broken. Pizza makers poorly trained to make a pleasant experience.
That was six days ago- can’t add another review but I also don’t want to take away from the great experiences I did have from the early shifts...but today I’m more than disappointed: Terrible today. Guess I can’t order from the kids in the evening as everything is a joke to them. When I order in the mornings things are mostly great, most every time in the evening or night things are just crazy and unprofessional. Wings and pizza was great but brownie was over cooked and stale so the black chubby girl at the front laughed about it and joked to the other girl to “come get her customer” and mocked me saying it was dry and hard even though I knocked on it and you could hear and see how hard it was, along with the burnt edges. Dissatisfying this is as I truly wanted this Dominos tonight. I love Dominos and it’s always my go-to but I will definitely not be ordering past noon anymore from this location if even at all again. Wondering if these are the girls the manager should have replaced but hasn’t yet for whatever reasons.. They most always are good, had one incident but the manager fixed it. Today I’m the happiest customer, maybe person! My food is hot as if I just pulled it from the oven at home, it is also fresh and tastes well! Left the store and to me right away! Thank you all so much!!! I don’t eat meat, nothing wrong with the pepperonis.;
Have ordered her multiple times and every time the experience is terrible only reason why I went here is because it is very close to the house. But I will no longer come here again. They are rude here, always long waits to get your food, they never answer the phone. And even though they say they close at 12 we came a little before 10 came inside seeing an employee eating a pizza ignoring us. Then someone comes out saying we are closed as they are just hanging out there doing anything and the door was still open. This place for real needs to be shut down or corporate has to get involved in this location because it is horrendous. People need to stop showing up here so they can actually try and change this.
Food is good but didn’t give me the sauces I paid for
Waited over 1/2 hour, under staffed, over worked. pay your employees more!! It's just pizza
Ordered online for pickup waited so long in the lobby cause they only had 3 people working. 1person making pizza, 1person boxing/front counter,1delivery person. Got home less than 5mins away. Pizza cold, burnt. The worst location won't be going back. Please put a NOW HIRING SIGN OUT AND TRAINING FOR ALL EMPLOYEES IS NECESSARY
Thus is the perfect place to get your plain or spicy chicken wings; uhm uhm delicious.
Food was prepared well and as expected but the wait took much longer than estimated and than anticipated without much of an explanation. They also weren't very attentive to customers waiting at the store, either.
This location is a hot or miss. Orders are never ready in a timely manner but the kids working seem to really care and try. I had a burned pizza and the kids were willing to remake it but the manager gave such a hard time I left and disputed the issue via my credit card. Another time I came in, the app said my order was ready and it was all right...provided to someone else. Instead of the manager admitting it as the person at the front did, she argued the app was wrong and my food would take another 15 minutes.
