Ordered pizza online and had a free rewards pizza. I guess when the pizza is free you get less toppings on it! There was a reason I didn’t order from here in years and went back because we want the Philly cheesesteak pizza. See attached photos for what a free Philly cheesesteak pizza looks like!
If I can give 0 stars I would. Manager is unprofessional, 2 hours pizza isn’t here, manager says doesn’t matter what status bar says it’s incorrect, then says she can’t do anything about it and has no district manager. We’ve tried to be patient as this is the 3rd time our pizza order was messed up. Stop using Covid as an excuse for not having help, Ma’am maybe you should try to deliver pizzas if you’re short staffed because you run a terrible business. Manager sounds like she shouldn’t be a a manger to begin with and clearly now I know why. Dominos get it together, you aren’t the number 1 pizza delivery service. That’s a joke.
Tv offer fro $7.99 pizza any type crust was not honored. Had to pay $8.99 for middle size. Got home our Pan pizza had no marinara sauce, just cheese with a few pepperoni. The pizza wasn’t even cut into slices. This location is a joke! We will never order a pizza again from here. There’s always a problem with the staff and the pizza. They don’t even deserve a 1 star rating!
Took over 2 hours for the guy to show up and i called and said i wasn’t paying and then when they got to my house they walked away with the food after i told them. Business is poor, worker quality is poor and disrespectful, everything about this establishment is awful, they’re always extremely late and something always goes wrong.
My wife ordered a pizza to be delivered on the app. The email confirmation said it’d take about an hour. Well it’s been almost 2 hours and the app tracker still shows the pizza is still on the “prep” step. The step before being baked. I can’t cancel the order on the app, and no one at the store is answering the phone. Eventually the phone just disconnects. Oh, and no one is answering the corporate customer service line. Absolutely horrible experience. We will not be using this location ever again.
Orders pizza for my children for lunch and a 2 liter on 5/31/22. They delivered the pizza and no coke. Called and said they where out. Ok made note on my phone number they owed me a 2 liter. Ordered 2 pizzas and confirmed the 2 liter on 6/3/22, Again delivered pizza and no coke. Called store again said they would have it to me on 15-20 minutes. Hour goes by and still no 2 liter call store again they never sent it out. Verified with tracker that it was still at the store. Which is 1 mile away! The service is terrible the employees need to be trained. Will never order dominos again!
Truly disappointed in this story. So many times they don't deliver my drinks or sauces that I pay for on the app. Time and time again I've given them a chance. Today was the last straw. Over an hour wait to just find out my food hasn't even made it into the oven. Guess I'll be sticking with super baked or papa John's from no on.
Worst dominoes I've ever used. Constantly mess up orders. The driver literally just left my food on my neighbors porch without even trying to call me
Domino's really doesn't care if you buy their Pizza or not! On Monday January 17th I ordered pizza at 11:53 am, online from the Domino's at 6072 Hwy 53 Ste A, Braselton, GA for my Team . Online it said that I would receive the Pizzas in 35 to 45 minutes. Well at 12:53 pm I still had not received the 3 pizzas I had ordered. Called the store and received a message, that the number was out of service. So I personally drove to the store to verify that they were still in business and open, which they where. Total cost for the 3 pizzas was $68.86. Went inside and inquired about my 3 pizzas, and was very rudely told that the Driver had just left with my pizzas. I then requested some type of discount and again was rudely told that I would not receive a discount. I immediately returned to the Hotel and the 3 Pizzas still had not been delivered, which was approximately 2:00 pm. Did not receive the pizzas until around 2:30 pm. So it took over two and half hours to finally receive the 3 pizzas. At $68.86 this is totally unacceptable! On Wednesday January 19th I called the Domino's Corporate office and shared with the Customer Service Rep exactly what is in this review. He assured me that someone would be in contact with me in 3 to 4 days. Today is Wednesday January 26th and no one has yet to contact me. I know that the Pizza business is extremely competitive, especially in the economic times we are dealing with today. Since I work in the customer service business I am surprised that Domino's doesn't care if they lose a customer due to rudeness and poor service. What makes it even worse is they not only have lost me as a customer but many more. I am the General Manager at a Hotel that is close to this Domino's Pizza that this review is about. Many of my Guest purchase Pizza in the area. After my negative experience with Domino's Pizza and the lack of care that they have shone, do you really think I will be telling my staff to recommend Domino's to my Guest? Trust me, it will be just the opposite!
Domino's normally does a good job but do you think they could notice the pizza was stretch a bit to thin here?
