They usually have the pizza ready fast but recently they have been slacking with new workers. I understand they get paid low but the mistakes should be few. I recently had ordered through the app and the driver accidentally delivered my pizza to a different customer which isn't a big deal but they immediately didn't make one right away. It took them some time to recognize the fact that I was waiting for 20 minutes. Like c'mon guys. Anyway I still like the place. Hopefully they improve in the future.
Absolutely amazing and the best pizza I've ever had. I come to this location constantly and usually get the same thing, always so good. It has also slowly gotten better somehow, like the cooking skill was already good and it's just gotten better. Pizza was cooked to perfection. This is my absolute favorite pizza place in Lodi and I recommend this place to everybody I know, honestly. Thank you dominos for making your pizzas with love. Too good, I'd upload a photo but I ate the whole pizza already also I've bought sandwiches before too and they are also really really good
My garage door is all the way open. Delivery woman made eye contact with me then proceeded to ignore me, go to my front door, ring the doorbell, & wait until I walked to her to grab the pizza. Pizza was good tho.
I bought a med pizza 4 topping I got pieces of pizza with just two pepperoni I called the manager a female she says I made that pizza n it’s proportioned she was flat out rude I hung up as she was not going to make it better but really $18.99 hardly no sauce no cheese no toppings two pieces only had two pepperoni on it. I’d give them no stars but to leave this review I have to give them one. I totally would understand the quality of I had ordered a $5. Pizza what a disappointment with pizza n Managment
Usually I always order here for my children. Never had a problem always good. But after this one time it was a complete wrong order the food was burnt to where you could t eat it. Then when corporate called back said they would issue a refund and a discount for the inconvenience. Not once did I get my refund nor my discount for the next order IF I would. Just plan fell off this place in Lodi. Yet to have corporate call back and said they would fix it never did wasted over 60$ and got fed a lie as well.
I love their pizza. It's very tasty. I don't like paying a delivery fee plus a tip, I am already including tip in the total bill. Right there alone is the cost of your pizza. Very nice staff and good eats.
That pasta they make is nasty now. It used to be really good, but now it's gross. And the dough wasn't all the way done on the sausage and pepperoni pan pizzas I got. What a waste of my money! Done wit Domino's!
Bad service and incorrect hours of operation. I went on 8/18 one of the problems is that they where close and it clearly says the close at 1am. And you can see the crew running towards the back area. Then I ordered online my order came messed up they said they were going to bring me the right pizza and never came!
Absolutely great pizza. Ordered and Delivered to our front door in less than 40min. The pizza and pasta are absolutely delicious and crafted the way we ordered. Highly recommend this Domino’s in Lodi.
I ordered 2 pizzas. Got home and had 2 slices. Not bad but had slice about a hour later and it tasted like Sh.. , I can't believe that if you wait to eat your pizza the quality goes out the window. Little Caesars tastes better than this.
