DO NOT ORDER HERE. The unprofessionalism & absolutely vile pizza that arrives cold 2 hours late is getting insane at this point. They do not care about you or your food. Edibility? Kindness? Good delivery times? You'll find NONE of that here, I'd give it 0 if I could. This place used to be amazing but they've gone so far downhill they're 6 feet underground. They won't even give you a free pizza, nor an apology for giving you a pizza with NEXT TO NO SAUCE. Sometimes I wonder if they even look at what they're making. Tonight I waited 2 hours for a pizza that came lukewarm, NEAR ENTIRELY SAUCELESS, and so dry that the entire center of the pizza was completely orange and desolate. I may as well have ordered the worst cheesy bread of the entire century shaped like a pizza for fun at this point. The only positive thing I can say is that the delivery driver was quite nice to me, but my mistake was not checking it right in front of them before they left, so I could show them how inedible it was, that way they could take that disgusting thing back and bring something edible back. When I called, I immediately asked to speak to a manager. Matt grabs the phone and says "Yeah? Hullo?" with the least amount of care I've heard in my life, as if he's not a MANAGER. When I attempted to explain that there was NO SAUCE and that the dough was very bubbly, his explanation was that it was the dough they got from the truck, so, he guesses I just "don't like that dough or something". He canceled the order but made NO OFFER of a free pizza, or to remake & redeliver it. NOTHING. No mention of the fact IT. HAD. NO. SAUCE. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. And if you do, CHECK THE PIZZA IN FRONT OF YOUR DELIVERY PERSON. Do NOT just take it. I've learned several lessons from this absolute incompetency at display. Their pizzas & service used to be incredible, I swear it did. But they just could not care less at this point. 25$ for pizza like this is absurd. Don't waste your time, your money, or your energy. Just get Lil' Caesars instead. At least they actually put sauce on it.
I am currently on hold witch is 17 minutes and counting my pizza was dry ash and wings had a drizzle off hot wing sauce and no im not over exaggerating I wish I could give no star yall need to do better seriously Swainsboro would never
I placed an order for after midnight and everything was right as far as food goes and the staff was friendly and polite
Got charged 14$ for a 5.99 medium pepperoni pizza. Got over charged for the cheesy breads too. When I asked the man at register why he stated “o you have to ask for the 5.99 special”. Rude and both the cheesy breads and pizza are burnt. Will go back to little caesars from now on.
Always friendly service, fast delivery, and never disappointed. If I do have any issues, they are quick to fix the order and get the new food out to me.
Great pie! No change in the cash till at the cash register. That bummed me out. I walked out overpaying because of this. We should all be getting use to this because it won’t be long and no where will accept cash at all . This is how cashless society starts. First they take away the small denominations. Do they even teach children how to count change in public schools any more?
My delivery was made wrong one side jalapenos one side pepperoni. I called and was asked if I wanted to keep the pizza and get a coupon to get my order for free on a next visit. I said no because i didnt want to eat a half jalapeño pizza so i drove and received a pizza with burnt crust. This is the second time in a row my order has had an issue. Also you can see on the second photo the “corrected” pizza the toppings are piled on and the crust is burnt its black.
The facilities are nice, employees were friendly and hard working, and the parking and location is easily accessible. I bought a fundraiser card for buy 1 get 1 free pizzas, but my order was still $20. That is just too expensive for my blood. I tried to order online, but couldn't with the fundraiser card. I tried to call in an order but the Asian answering service was difficult and made me feel uncomfortable. Business seemed to be steady as I waited 15 minutes very reasonable for my 2 pizzas. In the end, my family and I wasn't overly impressed with the pizza. The pizza sauce was very acidic, but the crust was light and not greasy at all. It seems like I have seen a commercial for medium carryout that would have saved me money, so you may just need to know how to order the deals. I used my "discount" fundraiser card once, but will likely ditch it and go back to my normal cheaper pizza or another competitor. To each their own...
I’ve ordered here a few times and they’re normally very fast. But right now, Madison has let my pizza sit at the store for the past 45 minutes so it will probably be cold when I receive it. I tipped $4 on a $14 order specifically for this to NOT happen.
Pizza was NOT what was ordered- this location hardly EVER answers their phone so there was no way to ask for a refund or replacement- ALSO this is NOT the same pizza as before! There was hardly any crust in the "hand-tossed" & WAY LESS ingredients- this is NOT the first time this has happened- Quantity & quality is horrible and yet prices keep increasing! Do you people realize that your customers are going to wake up one day soon when they realize they're getting scammed & ripped off & will slowly dwindle away? Domino's has deteriorated drastically
