Went there for inspection 6/2/23. My guy retired and I was forced to find someone else to do my inspection. My friend recommended Don & Jim's and said they are great. I called them, set up an appointment, dropped my truck off and it was done in 30 min. Awesome people to work with. I'll be going back.

One of the best garages I've ever dealt with. I know enough about car repairs to know they are straight shooters who do quality work and don't overcharge. Always polite and respectful on the phone and in person.....which is unusual for your average grease monkey. Happy customer for about 5 years now. I highly recommend this business!Services: Exhaust

If you're looking at reviews for a place that does fair business and won't do you dirty this is the spot!! Took my girlfriend's car in for an inspection, Needed new front breaks. They offered a more than fair price but were also completely okay with me having it done on my own! Didn't pressure on me to have it done in-house that day Once I got the break job completed they got me right back in. Absolutely great experience and a more than trustworthy place to bring your vehicle!

These guys are awesome! They are always so friendly and go above and beyond. I have been going to them for years and have always been happy the service. I work in the automotive industry and have an option to get discounts at other service centers but an honest and good mechanic are hard to come by. I would 110% recommend these guys to anyone! Keep up the good work guys!

Luckily for us, we live in walking distance to them! We have recently had a bunch of unfortunate car trouble due to pesky mice thinking the wires were their dinner. And not once but twice. They were great, accommodating, and honest. They also are great with their communication. Personally I think there are some really good mechanics in West Seneca, but this place makes the top of the list for us. We have also taken our cars in for standard NYS inspections, no complaints there. And for filling tires when we have a flat which happens allllll the time to us. Stay away from seneca location. Some the techs are great but i keep getting the short end on two vehiles serviced there. Was told they "have to clear the board before the boss rides them". Mean while I paid to have my car fixed and it's still not fixed... Last year I had them replace 1 sway bar linkage due to a lower back injury, I could not. Anyhow was told they only come in pairs, that's fine. I just replace one a few months prior. So that was my only gripe at the time. Now my back is better I was doing my brakes and noticed the one I changed was still there. 1 has black bushing and the other blue... kinda funny seeing I was told they would just throw both on. The car wasn't brought in for a due inspection.. it was brought in for a light, the car has more than enough cold starts and drive time/miles on it to clear. Yet same codes. Yes I'm aware of different colors of bushings on the linkages. It coincidental that the same blue is the same side that I put in myself a few months prior to having "they only come in sets of 2"... I guess they could have been 2 loose 2 different colors..
