We use responsibly sourced wild-caught seafood & raised food suppliers. Our food is prepared without MSG, lard or artificial ingredients. We don't own a microwave. Our tortillas are made fresh for each order & our salsas are made from scratch every morning. We offer vegetarian & gluten-free options & we seek fresh produce everyday, including organic. Our yellowfin tuna is certified prime grade & is responsibly managed in accordance with the FAO Inter American Tropical Tuna Commission. Our shrimp & snapper are wild-caught & sourced from responsibly managed fleets from the Gulf of Mexico. We use, exclusively, Certified Angus Beef- Choice Grade, which passes a 10 point inspection to make this grade. Naturally, our food is fresh, hand-crafted & made to order.
