I make the Salsa because it's something I enjoy doing. I love to see people eat and enjoy it!
I named it Don Pedro's Salsa because that was my grandfathers name. He was also know as "Don Pedro Colorado" (Mr. Peter Red) because of his fiery red hair. I remember growing up that they always has a pepper bush around their house and the peppers was always part of one of their daily meals. Patent and registration pending!!
