Beautiful good quality looking bikes. But customer service was lacking today. I just moved to the area and needed a bike. I intend to introduce my 6 year old niece to cycling and was going to surprise her with her first big girl bike. I enjoyed walking around the store looking at all of the inventory by myself but after I looked I could not get any of the workers to acknowledge that I was there. I’ve hiked and biked all over this country and East Anglia. It’s sad that they probably assumed that I had no money. I drive up in a late model car and I was dressed well. When I sold at the San Fernando valley swap meet I did not need a light to see through someone who may be a paying customer. Folks, please don’t write people off before you make assumptions. I will go somewhere else today because there are other stores and we need bikes now that the weather is changing. No harm no foul. I just like to share my shopping experiences with others to give them a heads up about particular stores, museums, etc in any state that I happen to be in at the time. I would say that about 95 percent of the time the experiences are very positive because people want for you to come back and spend money. It’s rare that someone has made so much money that they don’t care.

I Went here to fix the flat on my bike. They were super knowledgeable and professional. I was in and out within 30 minutes. They were really friendly I highly recommend this place.
First time visiting and it was a pretty sweet spot. We arrived just as a shipment of bikes arrived. We ended up leaving with three gt performers. I'm please with the service. Very kind people working here.
I have been relying on Don's for over a decade and never disappointed! Not only are they all very friendly they also do not have any of the elitist attitudes that I have been the recipient of at other bike shops. I may not be a Tour de France pro but I like to ride and when I need advice or service the only place I go and recommend others going is to Don's Bicycles!
Ben was beyond helpful on helping me find a good bike to get to and from work. Took into consideration all of my requests and budget and we came to a decision after allowing me to test ride quite a few different bikes. I ended up purchasing a Giant Talon 3. Ben's customer service and product knowledge was impressive. Thank you Ben!! This was the first bicycle shop I've ever purchased from and after going to few other shops I'm glad I decided to stick with Don's. I recommend anyone to go and see Ben to get yourself suited with a new bike.

Picked up a bike today from Don’s and let me tell you this shop is FANTASTIC! I am a total newbie to biking/cyclingI rode as a kid, but it’s a different world as an adult. The service here is top notch. I had tried to get myself a bike twice before from Target, and boy was that a mistake. Only because I had no clue how to size the bike or any of that lol. Welllllll all of that was expertly done at Don’s. Scott, the owner, took care of all of that. He knew exactly what size was appropriate for me just by looking at me. And he was able to help me select the best type of bike for my goals. I HIGHLY recommend visiting this shop. My husband, an avid rider, will be bringing his bike here for all future maintenance and upgrades. We learned so much from our visit here and that is priceless. The bikes are really well priced and great quality. I was able to test drive a few bikes. It was like putting on a new pair of shoes that fit perfectly. Took the bike out for my first ride as soon as we got home. I was able to ride for five miles, up and down some hills. It was like driving a high performance vehicle. I am tremendously pleased with my purchase. Not to get too personal, but I feel it’s worth mentioning. I’ve been dealing with depression recently and trying different medications. NONE of them have given me the boost I got from that ride today. I highly recommend this for anyone who may be facing similar struggles. Definitely worth the investment. Thank you Scott!
