These guys are fantastic. If you never wear suits and all of the sudden you need a suit then stop by Don's Men's Shop. The service was spectacular and the prices were great. I really can't say enough about the service. This is a locally owned store that's been around for a long time. Stop here before you go to the mall. Very impressed.
Fantastic employees who were so helpful in finding clothes that actually fit me. Will be buying all my dress clothes from here and will be a repeat customer.
Last year 2021, my 15 year old decided he wanted to attend homecoming 2 days before the dance. I called on Friday, and they said they could probably help. They worked all morning Saturday hours before the dance to get him fitted with items from the shop. This year, we actually planned and, again, we were blown away by their service, attention to detail, friendliness, and amazing eye for style. They will forever have my business!!
I just can’t say enough how amazing our experience was! My sons homecoming dance was Saturday, I was out of town working and didn’t get back until late Friday night. We woke up the morning of the dance with nothing. Drove him to the Huntington mall thinking finding clothes for him would be no problem and quickly discovered no one had anything in his size. By 2 pm all we had was a haircut and a pair of shoes! I found Dons in a google search and called them - best thing I’ve ever done. They searched the store while I drove there, fitted my son with everything he needed, tailored the pants on the spot for no charge, gave us great prices on high quality merchandise and the most courteous professional service I’ve ever experienced in a retail establishment. Absolutely fantastic staff. I grew up in this area but for some reason forgot they were in Ashland. I can assure you I’ll remember where they are from now on. They have our business for life!! Do yourself a favor and don’t waste time going anywhere else. Support a local business and get the best service out there at the same time. Thanks again for giving him a great night when we were on the verge of disaster!
This was my first experience dealing with tuxedos period. My son needed a tux for prom. We patiently waiting a little over an hour to be assisted. I was disappointed with the selection. There was only 1 book to look at therefore we were extremely limited in style choices. Since we have never dealt with tuxedos we needed a little direction, however we were treated like this was a rush situation. When I asked questions, the man was not very helpful at all and made me feel like I should know exactly what I wanted. Since I did not feel comfortable or confident in this process, I did not rent a tux and chose to go elsewhere.
Very friendly and understanding people. My husband and his groomsmen got their vests there for our wedding. There was a slight mix up in the sizes when the vests arrived. The people at Don's corrected the mistake out of their own pockets and promised the right vest would be there the morning of the wedding. And it was. I was very pleased. Plus the guys looked very sharp.
If I could put 0/5 stars I would. The worst place to go get anything you need. We walked in and they put the people who walked in behind us on the list ahead of us. We stood there for 40 minutes and they kept taking people that came in after us. DO NOT GO HERE
These people are very kind, caring and professional. They took care of us in our time of need and got our suits ready asap. Thank you.
The staff is amazing and extremely helpful!! They helped my son look handsome for his first prom! The suit was of great quality and the prices were great!! I HIGHLY recommend this shop!!!!
Very helpful with picking out exactly what we needed. Fast and friendly, easy pickup and drop off. Our go to spot for any suit or tux we need.
