The staff is very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the pleasant customer service experience Joshua provided; it was just the right amount of personal! It was very easy to lease a unit. The facility was clean and the indoor unit was well lit. There was no hassle when it came time to end my lease. I would definitely use Mint storage again, if/when the time comes!
We had a great experience with Mint Storage! They actually kept an eye on our units & notified us when it was unlocked. Also, they are very quick to respond & easy to deal with. Would recommend!
Joshua was very helpful and informative during our move in process. Offered water to everyone helping us move and really went above and beyond. We look forward to storing here.
Storage facility always clean, plenty of lighting and easy access to unit. Opened unit under previous owners and was concerned when ownership switched. The switch was very easy, and I have not had any issues with new owners. Staff friendly and helpful. Good place to keep things that you value.
We recently move to Tyler but our home wasn’t ready for us to move in. I called several storage facilities to see what was available. Mint storage stood above all the rest by my first impression. They understood our situation and were helpful in getting us the units we needed. They were friendly and I knew that our belongings were safe. The place is clean, secure, and convenient, with a friendly and helpful staff. I’d give them more than five stars if I could.
Joshua and his team are great they were able to execute our storage needs and they were very professional, we will definitely use their services again.
I've been with this company a few months now & I love the service. The price I pay a month is very reasonable. I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone.
Really great & respectful staff, Joushua & Cindy were great starting & finishing my contract with mint storage. I was skeptical at first because it was my first storage unit but they made me feel safe to leave my stuff there.
Contacted them about some storage units and within a few minutes we had the storage unit without hassle. Amazing customer service from both front desk and maintenance personnel.
What a day! Big move from Los Angeles to the Big TX! Turns out you get a lot more living space for your money out here, but even my new living space can’t house all of my stuff! I drove up the street and stepped into Mint. The staff was helpful and pleasant to deal with, the spaces were clean and it took only minutes to process the transaction. I wanted three units side by side and they made it work. Not just because it’s geographically convenient, but because I was treated like a person and received one of the most positive customer service experiences. I’m locked in to this place until it’s time to move again. Thanks Mint Crew. You guys are A+ awesome!!
