9:40 am ordered a plant 1 pm ribbon cutting ceremony for niece’s South Ave. Dental practice 12:39 pm beautiful arrangement delivered. Not only did they guide me on right plant but they also added the flowers and other items to make the plant spectacular. Why choose ?!?!? Top notch service!!! My niece was ecstatic and surprised!!! I hear they do this for poinsettias during holidays. Highly recommend!
Spent $85 on a flower display. Order came with the wrong flowers, but they were still pretty so I didn’t complain. 2 days later, all of the flowers are dead. TWO DAYS! They started dropping over the side on day one see picture l and by day two the display looked horrible. Very sad and disappointed.
I would give 20 stars if I could. The arrangements for my husband's funeral were beautiful. Michele was more than compassionate in planning and Dave was extremely helpful.
Donato handled the flowers for my mother's funeral and all of the arrangements were very well put together. From wreaths to sprays to arrangements that friends had sent, everything was so beautiful and fragrant that it was surprisingly comforting during this time. Excellent job.
Spent almost $300 here on two arrangements of flowers. I placed the order online two days in advance. I call before I arrived and was told the flowers were ready. When I got there it look like half of the flowers were missing from both of the arrangements but no one said anything. I took them to my car and checked online to verify this was definitely not what I ordered. I took them back inside of the store and spoke with the gentleman behind the counter. I was told due to covid it is hard to get these flowers. If the flowers weren't available the owner should have tooken it down from the website or reached out to me to arrange something else. He told a worker to take the arrangements in the back and cut the stems to make the flowers shorter and look more fuller because they are closer together. Mind you half of the flowers were missing from both of the arrangements. I was never offered a partial refund or to add more flowers to make it look better. I would stay far away from this business.
First off, I’m a tough reviewer. So for a business to earn high praise from me, they really earned it. Over the years, I’ve had some real horror stories involving florists. Not with Donato. They’re very reliable. Nice shop. Nice people. Decent prices. Good product. Easy and descriptive website. Quick delivery. It’s everything you can ask for.
I ordered a flower arrangement for mothers day online and to my surprise when I go pick up the flower arrangement it looked nothing like the arrangement they had posted online. The flowers were not the flowers advertised online and the arrangement was missing ALOT of flowers. I brought this up to the owner and he proceeded by stating that I had ordered from the "General section" and not the mothers day section online. I ordered and paid in full for a flower arrangement for my mom, it shouldn't matter what section in the online store I ordered it from. If the category where I ordered the flowers from was sold out or the store was not honoring that item they should have contacted me and let me know. I would have gladly selected something else instead of having to deal with a flower arrangement that was not worth giving to my mom on mother's day.
Went there hoping to get some flowers for my mom's birthday. I had no idea what I wanted other than something purple. The woman was SUPER patient and helpful and put together a beautiful bouquet for me. I couldn't be happier... And my mom loved her flowers!
My wife ordered our wedding bouquet from here and it came out beautiful!
Thank you so much for the lovely flower arrangements you created for my mother-in-law's funeral. We are very thankful they were exactly what she would have wanted.
