Donna's School of Dance is not only a studio, but a legacy. Our standard of excellence has been upheld for over 56 years and Miss Donna has only gotten better! Our teachers are all professional adults with years of experience. Students may only demonstrate and do not teach any classes. We help our students to be well-rounded by not only teaching the styles of Tap, Celtic, Hip Hop, Jazz, Ballet, Pointe, Lyrical, Contemporary/Modern, and Creative Movement, but also bringing in professional dancers from around the country and the world for many high-quality workshops. Here at Donna's we focus on quality over quantity. Your dancers will learn the proper technique and terminology in each class in order to improve every year as well stretching before each class. We use positive encouragement through our ticket system in order to raise, not lower, self esteem.. Every child should be allowed to dance, therefore any student who has the drive to compete is allowed to be a part of the The Company, our competition team. Your child will be placed in a group with students of the same skill level. Donna's School of Dance is also affordable, we don't make our parents break the bank every year! We hold several fundraisers each year and keep the costume fees and competition fees as low as possible. Whether your dancer is taking dance for the first time or is preparing to become a professional, we know we will make them the absolute best they can be!
