I had a real good experience here after driving around for nearly 2 hours trying to find truck parking. I actually liked the fact I could spend $25 in the store to get free parking because I was low on truck snacks and energy drinks anyway and I’d easily spend double that at a Loves or Pilot. For $9.99 the breakfast was amazing, can’t get that price anywhere these days, shower and fuel were also offered, shower was discounted for the parking as well. I’d rather support a place like this versus a Pilot or a Loves anyway
I had a wonderful experience at Donna's travel plaza. The young lady behind the counter named Alex Was very helpful in my time Of need. I had no idea how to go about sending a fax to her store. Not only did she walk me through the whole process, comma she did the whole process which took roughly 30 to 45 minutes but who's counting? She was very courteous kind everything you would want as a cashier working in customer service.
This isn't five star dining but they get five stars for value and service! Pleasant staff, clean dining area and Denny's quality food at a better value. I'll be back!
Did you know they have showers available??? Good snacks, friendly staff. Gas is usually cheaper than the casino. Truck rest stop.
Its a trucker dive, for sure. The burgers are decent and the have lots of things you can't find elsewhere. Like bear spray
Great food, great customer service, excellent prices... Only thing we didn't like was that we couldn't tip for dining in... Kinda weird, but hey, everywhere is different... Still great...
Food is pretty decent but that’s it as truck stop these is about as bad as it gets. Fuel pumps are gross and rarely cleaned. Parking lot is full of giant potholes. I don’t mind the pay to park but most of the spots are rented out for the month and has the drivers cars parked in. So finding a spot is near impossible. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. It’s a shame this place use to be a 5 star private owner truck stop but the last 5-8 years it’s gone way down hill. With the newer pilot truck stop at exit 208. This will be the last time I stop here to get fuel, take a leak and grab breakfast/dinner
I like Donna's! It's within walking distance to the outlet stores and Tulalip casino. The artwork makes me think I'm @ Palouse Falls or Olympic National Park. The food and coffee are decent. They wanted an exorbitant amount for a 24-bottle case of water something like $18 which is highway robbery. Parking is reasonable @ $10/night. The little coffee kiosk outside sells premium coffee if that's your thing. They sell local newspapers in coin-operated newspaper stands which is something I'm always interested in. Overall, Donna's is one of the better truck stops out there. Tough for me not to give them 5 stars.
Sad experience, had a lady ask about my ID when I bought a beer, didn't accept it so I understood, but when I asked why didn't she ID my dad, I asked again, "why?" And she got mad and I replied with "why are you getting mad" and she continued to kick me out the store for questioning her, a waste of a employee, when I asked her "if you don't like it here, why work here?" And she replied with "You're not allowed here" so lemme say to the adult who acted like a girl there, do you actually act like that? Or do you somehow play yourself to be an all accepting douche?
The gorgeous and talented blonde was extremely helpful in all aspects.. I'll return to the store just to see her positive outlook on life...
