Lil' Dragons is for ages 3-4 to develop focus.
Mity Mites is a class designed for ages 4-7 to develop and enhance attention span, self-discipline, and manners.
Mity Mite II is an more advanced version of Mity Mites with twice as many classes per week, and increased focus on the elements.
Mity Mite is an advanced version of the other Mity Mite class with competitive aspects added to the program along with Sparring, and Chanbara. (rubber sword fighting)
Kids class is for ages 7-11, and maintains the same focus, discipline, manners, competition training, sparring and Chanbara. Classes are 45-55 minutes.
There are three levels of kids class. Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced.
Adult Classes (12 +) are one hour, and are designed for the adult mindset with the same material being taught, and combative are taught at a higher level.
Weapons training is introduced at green belts level starting with the Bo. (6' staff)
