Horrible place they will load you wrong and if you got a load from longship they wont pay for restacking layover detention nothing. You mind as well drive for free. Worst people in my 20 years of working with freight. Prime Hydration screwed us over with longship. Please watch out for these scammers. Hope nobody has to go through this in the future

Overall, it's an okay place. Some people are more friendly than others but that's anywhere. Unloading is much faster than loading. Make sure you've something to eat and drink because you're likely to be there for a few.

Appt 9am arrived at 9am get a door at 09:30.. took all day to load. Got the green light at 2pm no call.. so I called them to ask if paper work was ready they said they will call me 5pm still waiting on paperwork. The day before it took me 14 hrs to get loaded on a work in.. this place is terrible and they don't care about drivers.. you better get a good rate if you got the balls.. half the time brokers won't even pay for detention..

Best best best place to ever get loaded. I come here a lot, but they always load early and fast, not much of a wait time. They have vending machines as well as bathrooms.

I am a truck driver arrived here 1 hour 45 minutes late cause of being in the other wrong location for refrigerator loads i parked there at shipping office she said it the next one for dry van i come back to run my truck it’s not some power issue i wait then it’s run back i arrive to this shipping office the lady told me you are late she send me to the dock 13 and hold me up for 6 hours detention then when i talk to supervisor he said you are late I explain to him what happened and I showed him the record video about what happened he didn’t like what explain then i ask to do me a favor talk to my co worker explains what happened he did and i am still waiting for them to call me even when they completed loading my freight 40 minutes ago ?????? Is this fair

Usually pretty quick but today been stuck here for about 7 hours already! Don’t use their vending machines besides the ones for drinks! One that has chips gets them stuck so you have to buy another pack above to knock down the first one and the second one gets stuck too!! The one that has sandwiches etc is absolutely horrible! Tried 3 times to get a sandwich and it won’t unlock yet takes my money!

Place use to be a good place to unload or load they suck now lazy workers took 27 minutes to check in lady just kept playing on her phone my appointment has come and gone and now can’t legally run this load on time so if you’re picking up jasper products or cheese you will be waiting but a new cold storage is being built and hopefully they can get this places businesses to switch I live ten miles away and they suck in neosho cave also but I got a local to deliver my load damn broker won’t tell you place of pick up until load is booked or I wouldn’t even took this load I’ve been in a door for nearly three hours and no loading activity yet and just three trucks here but lots of workers coming outside to smoke a lot this place needs better management and cleaned up

This warehouse is amazing…had a 7:00pm appointment,checked in at 12:30..got a door right away..out by 1:30…employees here are awesome..and very friendly…

No cap. One of the slowest and unfriendly places I've been. 04/04/23. Been here since 9am. And its 10 till 2pm. They really think drivers work for them. Never again.

The most bad place I ever been since am trucker. Pick appointment at noon, show up at 1pm. Get a door at 3pm, get a green light at 8pm and leave the door to the checkout office, receive a call back at 11:30 pm that there was a mistake and load. Shame warehouse.
