Donte's Boxing Gym (DBG) is a place where people can have fun while learning the fundamentals of boxing. Members can exercise through boxing fitness classes, independently or through private training. DBG has bridged the gap by being a boxing gym that trains fighters, as well as catering to everyday, hardworking individuals that just want to get in shape and release stress. By joining DBG, you become part of an environment that provides great instruction and great people in a fun, vibrant atmosphere.
DBG is a certified member of the United States Amateur Boxing organization (USA Boxing, Potomac Valley Association).
We offer:
• Boxing fitness classes
• Sparring classes (and open sessions; members only)
• Fundamentals training
• Youth program
• Amateur program
• Personal training (by appointment only; 24 hrs/day)
