Disgusting company and employee SYLVIA. Lazy providers. No background check or drug testing on providers. Stole my son's sterling silver ring with initials his father gave him for his birthday. Providers only did dishes, played on phone, then left. Claimed they were doing my son's and kitty duties when I specifically told them not to touch my son's stuff and his kitty. And also not allowed in our rooms. They lied and stole from me and treated me bad. I have fibromyalgia and few more symptoms so it's hard for me to do certain things and can't be in heat. They complained being cold and I told them I have fibromyalgia and can't be hot or I pass out which has happened a lot and have to take almost to cold showers. I have home nurses who check on me and have been stressed by this company, my blood pressure is very low and flare ups causing my chronic pains to worsen. They never apologized for stealing from my son nor how I was treated and left stranded. When I tried to talk to Sylvia, she laughed on the phone and was very rude to me. So I put in a complaint. They left me with no provider help for awhile. I would give them a zero star and not recommend their services!!!!! Shame on this company for what you did to me and my son.
