I didn’t even go here, I’m just watching the show from across the street eating my breakfast waiting for an appointment. The owner, I would hope for actions, is coming out screaming at people who park in front of his business for this dispensary next door. Which I understand not wanting people to park there because they aren’t there for your establishment, however being extremely rude as soon as someone gets OUT of their car and TOWING someone’s car when he didn’t go over and talk to a single person before having a tow truck come being 4/20 everyone is lined up for the dispensary and the printed paper signs in the window made for the day are hardly able to be seen. Even stalking the door like a hawk and had the employee move her car to the only spot that wasn’t directly in front of their building so he can watch the window better I’m guessing. Mind you I don’t think more than 2 people came in and out of the Pharmacy itself in the almost hour I have been sitting here. Maybe you should let the cars there, it would make you look more busy. Maybe get some more revenue. Made a good watch over a breakfast sandwich lol.  It doesn’t make you look good as a business when people can see things like that from a distance. Seems like unprofessional and extremely rude actions coming from this establishment.  Since you decided to reply right away almost the signs were being posted after people were already parked, there was 1 single sign posted sign at 9:15,  which is why people were getting so upset as well. And your lot was not completely full while I was watching all this. I heard the yelling. It still doesn’t justify your rude and childish behavior. Literally screaming at people, being polite goes a long way and your negative energy radiates from across the highway, sir.

I had the worst experience I have ever encountered for public service. Young brown haired girl with glasses doesn't understand her job. She couldn't understand anything I said even when I spoke clearly and slowly for her. Then precedes to play charades with me for about 5 minutes and then someone else has to explain to her where my medication is since she can't do it herself. Then after me stating she needs to do her job properly she goes and curses at me. EXTREMELY unprofessional. I hope she loses her job over this. NEVER curse at a customer.

Great pharmacy and staff was my experience. They are super busy because they are very good at what they do.

This place is a fraud. I needed some relatively expensive medicine for my cat. Our veterinarian suggested this place. They called me to confirm the prescription and price. I was ok with the price that they gave me over the phone. I asked them to get me 2-month supply because I was going to have a surgery and wouldn't be able to return until after a month. Once I got there to pick up the prescription they wanted to charge me the price that was 1.5 times more than they'd quoted over the phone. It felt like a rip off because I  knew I could get the meds cheaper any other pharmacy in the neighborhood, so I told them I wouldn't take the order and left. Picked it up the same day at a different pharmacy paying about the same price that this place quoted me over the phone. The surprise came a week later, after I noticed that I was still charged the full amount by Dorneyville Pharmacy for the medicine I never even picked up. Tried to call them to settle, but they refused to refund or offer an acceptable price.

Right out of the gate, great pharmacy!  Renee absolutely made my day with her pleasant demeanor on the phone.  They had my cat, "Kiddie's" medicine ready within a a day had to be special made. Vi was late picking it up and they waited after hours for me!  AWESOME!!  THANKS RENEE!

The best service, the best team and the friendliest staff. There’s something so great about a family owned business and Dorneyville pharmacy is like a family to my family and my dogs. They simply love what they do and you see it in everything that they do. They will go out of their way to make sure that you have the medicine you need when other pharmacies don’t have in stock. Their turn around time is very fast. Thank you Thom and Lisa for all you do.

2 stars because their compounded prescription for my cat seems to work just fine.  However, the customer service, while it isn't rude, is definitely lacking.  Each time I've had the prescription filled, including my first visit, there has been a miscommunication regarding pick up time and/or days supply.  The most recent refill I requested via their website portal, thinking this would solve the problem - but no.  I understand that this is a busy pharmacy, but to me - this many basic errors is unacceptable.  I will be taking my business elsewhere when it's time for my vet to call in a refill of the prescription.  Good pharmacy, just poor organization.

I love Dorneyville Pharmacy. I am a vet tech and have used them personally and professionally for years Tom, Cory, and Mandi are awesome along with the rest of the staff. They have compounded medications for my personal pets for years. Even though their hours aren’t always convenient for me they offer shipping and pick up after hours.  They are always willing to give me prices and compare things for me. They make pilling my kitties even easier on me.  So easy my family can do it without me.

Have been using Dorneyville Pharmacy for two years and the service has been satisfactory until the last script was ordered to be sent to my home. I moved a few months ago so I changed my address on my online account. This was the first script since the move so I phoned in to verify the change of address. In spite of that, the medication was sent to my old address. I'm afraid that with medications this is very sloppy work. I'm currently looking for a more suitable vendor.

I needed a prescription that only they carried,  so it was my first time going here!  I brought in my 7 month old who was hanging out in his car seat.  The staff was so friendly, and they were all playing with him while I was waiting for my prescription to be filled.  It was such a nice atmosphere, and I wish I lived closer because I would absolutely switch pharmacies if I didn't have to drive so far.  Keep up the good work guys!
