Before coming over clear your urine bottles and take out your garbage. You might be here a while as per previous reviews and they don't have a dumpster. They do have a clean men's and women's bathroom at receiving if you need a real bathroom while you're here. Google will get you here just fine but instead of taking that last turn on 27th Street simply go straight just a little further to the next driveway that is for trucks. There are two incoming lanes they do not seem to be distinct for dot drivers or carriers so you can use either one. My appointment was at 12:30 I arrived at 11:30 to check-in. The process with security was super simple. They gave me a door right away but my light did not turn red until my appointment time, no surprise there. I did not have to slide my tandems for delivery as per usual. I don't know what they require for pickup. After parking in my door I took my paperwork to receiving which is around the other side of the building left of you if you're parked not a far walk but it is around the corner a bit... Not up the ramp. They were pretty chill dealing with me and from what I can tell they're chill dealing with her own drivers as well as I observed a couple of conversations. Will update to five Star if they unload me quickly. Plenty of backing room especially if you're new. Low stress drop. Yard dog stopped by to tell me my paperwork was done at 1:40. So if you don't count the earlier arrival it was about an hour and 10 minutes. Overall I would definitely consider dropping here or picking up here again very low stress.

arrived at 1pm for a 15:30 appointment they have doors open and I'm the only one here will not unload early the receiving lady is very rude office ladies very lazy they had me sitting because they didn't want to do anything till shift change I called she said they had other appointments excuse me I've been the only one here call after she leave I get a door right away

Took a ten break on site and got a door an hour early. Nice folks. Fast unload easy in and out. No stress. Thanks for the easy load. Would recommend hauling a load to them.

Arrived there 1351 for a 1400 appt, got a door was out in a hour. Excellent throughout from Security to Receiving. She told me they have appt scheduled 2 hrs at a time so they pretty much go by that

If you are early like I am yesterday. They let you in and sit on the pads for a long time. I stay on the pads almost 18 hrs. They did unloading me before my appointment time though because I was more than 24 hrs early. Everyone working here very nice and friendly.

It was great overnight parking clean restrooms staff was really nice, from the guard shack to the person in the receiving office, thank you for making us truckers feel good and safe .

I-80 from Nebr to WY closed and rattelsnake pike closed for winterstorm. In the end i was only 1hr late and the let me wait from 4:30am to 9:00pm. Nicely nicely

Great place will let u in before your appointment make u wait in what they call the pad waiting area now while u might not get unloaded early i got lucky got unloaded 8 hours before my 3am appointment all around nice people

GREAT place, a little slow on unloading but other then that not bad
