This store is so unique! Chris is amazing. They have such unique one-of-a-kind items. I am so happy to have discovered Pure Oils! Hand made incense. Stones. Crystals. Tapestries. Artwork. Pure oils. This was a wonderful store, with lots of interesting and useful products, and I had a 5-star experience...until I got home. The lady checking me out told me that because I had bought so much in the store today, I was getting a $20 discount, making a total of just over $86. That was even better! But when I got home, I had a message from my credit union, notifying me of a large charge to my account. When I checked it out, I discovered that in fact I had paid $106..... : Not good.
Lovely lady helped us pick out the perfect scents and refilled some of our other bottles. Thanks Ky

I loved my experience with Haley, she has one of the most welcoming personalities you could come across!! Talking to her is easy and she’ll always help you find what you’re looking for. I feel like she takes great consideration into who ever she’s speaking with!
I got in contact with this store and ended up speaking with a girl named Haley, I told her how I was looking for a gift for my mom. Haley was so sweet and recommended me a bunch of products. I ended up putting a crystal ball on hold for a few days. When I came in days later Haley was working and had my item on hold for me and remembered I was looking for a gift for my mom and even helped me find a oil lamp that made a perfect gift. The associates here are great! I look forward to coming back in the future!
Haley M was so helpful. She answered the questions I had, as I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for. She helped pick out the perfect gift and had a beautiful smile the entire time. Definitely will come back just to work with her again.
I came in here with my friend and Haley was an amazing help. As soon as we walked in she had amazing communication skills, welcomed us in, asked if we needed help with anything, she gave us a plea sent experience. The store is very clean and organized in an amazing fashion.
I come here every time I visit the mall and it never fails to bring me joy! Came here recently with my significant other and the employee had similar passions as my partner, so they chatted for long enough to see what the other store had available not a bad thing, I was just getting info about a long sword. Gave me the perfect opportunity. The paths were clear of obstacles and the prices were quite fair!
Can I just say, Haley was such a cool girl! Me and my girlfriend came in and not only did she help us find what we were going for but she showed us some more ideas for the thing we're were working towards! I appreciate her, I'm sending good vibes for her!
