I really enjoyed my visit to the library and will definitely be back. Library aides were very friendly and professional. The facility is clean!

Loved Joe! They were so incredibly patient when trying to take my 2 year olds passport photo. Both passport agents here are amazing

The Dothan-Houston County Library System is awesome! Especially the children's programs and services that they offer. My kids regularly engage in the brag tag system they have for kids. At the main library there's an Eye-Spy display for the kids to complete which they change regularly. I only gave it 4 stars because for being a conservative state, there seems to be too much "inclusivity" type things books, brag tags, etc. that I'd prefer not be so easily accessible and in "your face" to our youth.

Very enjoyable and so lovely to see a broad selection of for sale books.

I attended a painting art session and really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was great.

I was only at the library for a short time to register for a card. I found ample parking including wheelchair parking with good curb cuts by the parking. Other curbs where I would have expected them they were missing. There was easy access through automated doors with information and service counter right inside the door. I was immediately taken care of and all my questions were professionally answered

I must say with high praise! This staff is unmatched when it comes to taking care of their customers, better yet community from how it felt. Ms. Mary went above and beyond for my family. Thank you very much.

What a delight to go into a place where you are actually welcome. More over they make you feel like they have expected to see you. A warm look of pleasure to see you Mr or Mrs. Great environment for social growth and learning.

I was very pleased with the customer service during my visit. This was my first time at the Dothan Library. First impression was outstanding.
