Very upsetting when my 6 years old daughter ask to use a bathroom on this public establishment while we are shopping on the store she was deny by manager. I will not go there anymore.
No fitting room I grab like six clothes that I like to go try it on i asked one of the workers and she say is no fitting room.The store is so big and they don’t have no fitting room they should put a sign outside the window that there is no fitting room I wasted my time going in there looking for clothes that I like and I’m a plus size girl I have try it on first before I buy it. They said i could come back and return it, it make no sense first of all I live far it’s not worth it wasting time wasting my money and gas to come back.... The men worker is no good he watch every body shopping and he is stopping people, I understand if the person was stealing but there was a regular customer. I will come back if they have a fitting room.
Bad habit of having clothes on wrong racks or sale flyers on things that arent on sale. There was like 5 of the same jacket on a $5 rack and the wouldnt honor the price saying they were in the wrong place. They have a banner over a wall of backpacks that reade 20-30% off yet backpacks are full price....Thats not the customers problem..you mislabel.....thats false advertising. Also the store is huge and theres no carriages. And they wont allow shopping carts from other stores. I have 3 kids how am I ever supposed to shop in there peacefully. Not kids friendly . No good to moms or kids wanting to shop
No carriages, so you have to hold your merchandise WHILE still trying to shop. No fitting room. Pathetic
Please stop spraying Disinfectant in the aisles with people in the store . It’s dangerous for some people to breath that it in. It’s not going to stop you from getting Covid btw.
The store is great and they are so helpful!!
