Introducing Double Canyon
Horse Heaven Hills—this remote corner of the world is the birthplace of many prestigious, award-winning wines. With the goal of creating an authentic estate-grown wine, we discovered the perfect property in 2007, situated adjacent to the renowned Champoux Vineyard.
Double Canyon is a limited-production Cabernet that expresses the unique character of our estate vineyard in the distinctive windswept, desert region of Horse Heaven Hills.
The Wine
Crafted from several lots of Cabernet Sauvignon and a small amount of Syrah, our inaugural vintage includes Cabernet clones 6 and 7 alongside Syrah clone 7—low yielding selections that demonstrate a diverse range of nuances.
