I've been in the market for a trailer and after going to several places and not being impressed, I did a little more research and found Top Hat Trailers with a distributor right here in Kerrville on SR-27 at Junction 534. So I took a trip to see them and dealt with Trey. Trey and all the rest at the Kerrville location are top notch. Down to earth, kind, professional, real people, who understand life's real problems when it comes to matters of livestock and trailers. Trey and I worked out a deal and I got a great trailer at a great price, with the customer service to back it up. I am very thankful to Trey and look forward to doing more business with them. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We have a small project and they were willing to talk to us about options. They then gave us the names of four contractors who we could contact for the type of job that we have. Very professional.
The people are nice and helpful. Some are extremely knowledgeable about livestock nutrition and some are not, so if you have questions, be sure to seek out the "gurus." Loading goods into my truck is quick with nominal wait times. Prices are reasonable on most feed. The ancillary items like supplements can be a bit jaw-dropping for some. Never been able to get a good quality alfalfa hay in squares there, so I go elsewhere for that. Otherwise it all good.
Great feed store. Knowledgeable friendly help. Good choice of products. If they don't have it they'll order it.. Always quickly load up my truck.
Delivered golden oak feed to them and it was quick . Everyone was polite and had lots of customers.
I used to go there to buy msm. I use it for my joints. Now I just buy it online. Its cheaper and I dont have to deal with the little stout girl behind the counter. She is quite surly.
Great feed store always helpful and knowledgeable there my ranch supplier for all my needs and check out the trailer accessories at the parts at the same location
These people are rude and very unhelpful. Lady at register acted like she had better things to do then answer my questions. I have just recently moved to kerrville. I won't be back to this feed store. Will shop elsewhere.
Awesome customer service, also the cheapest place in town that I have found to buy my horse feed.
Good selection of feed and livestock supplies. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend!!
