I was WAY overdue for a haircut and wanted to try something new too. I have very long, very thick, curly hair I explained what i wanted and showed her Natalie a couple of pictures. She thoroughly went over what she was going to do step by step and explained everything the whole time. And the results... it was exactly what i asked for! I absolutely love it... and it was a big change, she took off a lot of length. I think it makes me look younger and thinner. And who doesn't like that! I will definitely be back for more haircuts. I go back for color hi and low lights in the next few weeks. So I'll update that afterwards.

It's been a struggle for me to find a good hairstylist until I found Debra. Ever since I've been coming here I've been loving my hair and now my daughters are clients too. She knows exactly what's good for my hair. I tell her what I want and she understands and does a great job. Debra is talented! Always a pleasure sitting in her chair. I highly recommend Debra.

The lady did a fantastic job on my daughter's hair, it is beautiful. My daughter loved her highlights. I recommend this salon, plus they have everything!

Very upset. I messaged a stylist and was very clear with what i wanted. I wanted a bayalage style. I sent pics of what i wanted. I wanted my roots to stay dark with my natural brown, and blended into my already highlighted hair, just wanted the transition softened. My hair was very blotchy and had been heavily highlighted. I went back this evening to have it fixed, and now my roots are pink. 2 times, both negative experiences. The owner, i think her names Diana, said to come in agsin and she would paint a dark color back on my roots. By this time, im done, and I'll go somewhere else to have my hair fixed. I asked for a refund and she rudely said i would not get any portion refunded. I sent her pictures of my hair, and she insists that i go back for a 3rd time. Heck no. Bad customer service, here! I have pictures, i need to figure out how to upload.

I keep coming back because Mandy is awesome! I tend to pick up a cute trinket or product while I'm there. I like the product lines, the jewelry and the accessories they have in addition to great stylists.
