Terrible experience. This hotel is listed as a four star hotel. It is ABSOLUTELY NOT. We felt like we were staying in a motel. No more than 1.5-2 stars. All decor is dated and old, lamps with switches on their cords such as those from 1960-70. Small bathroom for a king size room. Mattress and pillow all very uncomfortable. Pillows collapse after 30 minutes and you feel like you're sleeping on a folded blanket since there's no support. Mattress is very hard and springy, also no comfort and every time you move around the other person gets shaken more than should be the case. Noise from next room VERY audible. Can hear people talking, not yelling or screaming or making loud noises but simply talking. Most importantly AC doesn't work and the hotel didn't even know about that. My wife and I stayed here to visit family and we got almost no sleep at all due to room being 75 degrees, mattress and pillow very uncomfortable and people in the next room talking. Looking around the room, the old decor and small bathroom just makes this one of the worst places we have ever stayed. Will never stay here again until they completely renovate and they have new management to understand that rooms and amenities need to regular inspection by staff to call yourself a four star hotel. Avoid this hotel if you want comfort and a good night's sleep. Rooms: Terrible mattresses and pillows. Old decor. Small bathrooms. AC doesn't work. Too noisy, can hear people talking in next room.
This hotel is average for the segment and a good value for the money. If you aren't concerned about having a completely up to date room and want an on site restaurant it's perfect. The bar was nice, the rooms were out of date, but the hotel is close to some other food options. There aren't really many negatives or positives it's a good value for what we paid at least. Our stay at this hotel was great! It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Staff were friendly and check-in was easy. The location was good for just passing through and we felt very safe. Would definitely recommend staying here!Rooms: 5/5
I love this Hotel. It has the nicest updated rooms, very friendly staff and excellent amenities for a much lower price than other equally good hotels. The cookies at check-in are also very delicious. We were very surprised at our very comfortable stay here. We will stay here again if we are in the area. A++Rooms: 5/5
Clean hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast especially the pancakes at least when they don’t try to put cinnamon in them. Only minor issues - they only gave me one cookie at checkin, most doubletrees give me two, and the food and beverage credit doesn’t cover the whole cost of the breakfast. But it still covers most of it so I’m only paying a couple dollars. Oh well. Good hotel, not super fancy but good for what you’re paying for it.
Overall just a very dated and tired hotel. My room was cramped, the bathroom tiny, no mini fridge, the AC unit was loud and kept me up all night. I was placed on the first floor and the room #156 had a musty smell. The only good thing about the room was the shower pressure was good and hot. For $250/ night, I would have expected much better. And as a Hilton Diamond member, this property is not the quality level of Doubletrees I am used to. And when I checked in today at 1:30 pm, the woman at the front desk did not offer me any water or cookies. Overall disappointed.
Great location on the western suburbs of Boston. Easy off and on the highway to continue our trip. Second time we have stayed here and we will come back if traveling through this region again.Rooms: 5/5
Room was clean. Staff friendly enough. Half the outlets didn't work for phone chargers etc. The wifi was awful kicking out constantly. Breakfast buffet is identical to every other hilton continental, only they charge you $10-13 for it, only someone will deliver your juice, so you'll be tipping too.
Great place for Woo-ites to hide for a long weekend. Good, clean rooms and responsive customer service. Everyone knows that Westborough is the Shangri-la of central Massachusetts yet I've never had trouble getting a room on short notice. Also, no smoking floor.Rooms: 4/5
