Our stay at this hotel was great! It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Staff were friendly and check-in was easy. The location was good for just passing through and we felt very safe. Would definitely recommend staying here!Rooms: 5/5

I love this Hotel. It has the nicest updated rooms, very friendly staff and excellent amenities for a much lower price than other equally good hotels. The cookies at check-in are also very delicious. We were very surprised at our very comfortable stay here. We will stay here again if we are in the area. A++Rooms: 5/5

Overall just a very dated and tired hotel. My room was cramped, the bathroom tiny, no mini fridge, the AC unit was loud and kept me up all night. I was placed on the first floor and the room #156 had a musty smell. The only good thing about the room was the shower pressure was good and hot. For $250/ night, I would have expected much better. And as a Hilton Diamond member, this property is not the quality level of Doubletrees I am used to. And when I checked in today at 1:30 pm, the woman at the front desk did not offer me any water or cookies. Overall disappointed.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast especially the pancakes at least when they don’t try to put cinnamon in them. Only minor issues - they only gave me one cookie at checkin, most doubletrees give me two, and the food and beverage credit doesn’t cover the whole cost of the breakfast. But it still covers most of it so I’m only paying a couple dollars. Oh well. Good hotel, not super fancy but good for what you’re paying for it.

Room was clean. Staff friendly enough. Half the outlets didn't work for phone chargers etc. The wifi was awful kicking out constantly. Breakfast buffet is identical to every other hilton continental, only they charge you $10-13 for it, only someone will deliver your juice, so you'll be tipping too.

Terrible experience. The air conditioning system in our room was so loud and clunking you could hear it out in the hallway. We collapsed into bed the night we arrived, but the air system noises carried on all night and kept waking us up. The front desk sent a maintenance person who actually remarked that he didn't know why they kept putting guests in that room because he couldn't fix the system. After waiting a few hours for a different room to be cleaned and hauling all of our stuff, I collapsed into bed again. I asked for a late check-out the next day so I could catch up on sleep. The two people I asked said I just need to let them know at the front desk in the morning. In the morning, the person at the front desk at first said no, they never do that, and then that she would ask her manager. No dice. What a run-around. Never again, too many choices. The customer service is just terrible.

Friendly staff n nice room. Shower wasn't super clean, saw dirt a lil black moldy stuff. Also our lamp in between the two beds had food debris and stains on it. Traveled for one night for business with a business colleague. Comfy beds and pillows. Tastey Hilton honors cookie. Y isn't the breakfast included?!

This very luxurious and spacious hotel has much to offer when it comes down to staying for business or pleasure even a little bit of a family vacation outing is worth a night here. Much of the hotel is open to the public and can host multiple events here. So if you needed to stay for business this will host many events even for parties involved that can have company stays so when booking your room make sure to ask for all the information and details to have for booking a room. The dining area is a very elegant and luxurious place to eat and meet your parties to have a wonderful night out. If you book here you also are able to use the indoor pool that makes it all the worth while to ending the day with a little swim.
