New well managed hotel. This location is a conference center; so, if you are not attending a conference, you should make sure there is none for your stay. Breakfast buffet could use some improvements but was fine for a couple days. Location excellent, get the river view rooms.Rooms: 5/5

Love this hotel. The riverside view is fantastic and the location downtown is perfect. We divert to Lawrenceburg because of this hotel. Kind service, clean facility. Was a little surprised to find the bed sheets not as tight and ironed as usual, shower glass had a lot of water residue, and the breakfast orange juice was watered down…but these are small details. The room was perfect otherwise! Will continue to be back!!

Hotel was very clean and comfy. No fridge in the rooms and you have to park quite a ways away and take 2 different elevators to get up past the 2nd floor but our view of the river was gorgeous, too bad they didn't build balconies. Our breakfast was included and it was very good, the breakfast potatoes and sausage was deliciousRooms: 5/5

Been there a couple times for business. Location is nice, right on the river, perfect for a walk or jog. The free parking garage can be a little bit tricky to find the first time, the entrance is literally across the hotel in a corner. Both times I stayed there, Debbie at the café/breakfast was very friendly and professional and went out of her way to make sure I had the best experience possible, greatly appreciated Debbie! Looking forward to stay there again.

The hotel is close to the old part of town of Lawrenceburg, which you are in walking distance to a great pizza place. There is also a high school down the road and we happened to be there for a home football game, so it was fun to walk by and see the game. With all the amenities at the hotel like getting a warm cookie upon checking in, the only downside was the train that runs by it at multiple times in the morning and they do their train horn. You might not get woken up if you sleep on the river side.

Beautiful location in a charming town located on the Ohio River. The property was nice. The elevators were a bit far from the main entrance which made it more complicated with my mom who has limited mobility. Overall amazing staff, and what you would expect from a Hilton property.

No refrigerator. Shower was not clean. There was a party on our floor thru the night. Parking was across the street and there are not enough signs to show you where to go to check in. Not very accommodating for handicapped people because of parking then have to walk a good ways to get to the elevator to go to your room. We were suppose to get a city view but all you could see was rooftops with the air conditioning units.

Great location and good views. The bar has dining but limited choices. Price was good. The only negative thing I could say is that I visited in 2015 when it was new and I could see visible signs of wear in my most recent visit. For example the glass shower doors were coated with scale. You'd think they'd invest in a little bit of scale cleaner such as lime-away to fix that problem.

Not real thrilled Staff was not very friendly at check in. No fridge or microwave in room. No continental breakfast either. Not pleased for $148. I would not stay here, and would not tell others to stay. We received this package as Pastor appreciation gift. We told them as a place to stay they need to not use this hotel! We should of asked to be moved to a clean room. They were already rude. I wasn't going to make it worse.

Like what?? Ok so I can be understanding about room service not being daily when staying here for extended periods of time but when I request for my room to be serviced they don’t change the sheets and the bed is made very messily not even trying to hide the fact that they didn’t change the bed linens. $3900 is what I paid for a month stay and can’t even get the sheets changed? Literally the worst Hilton hotel I’ve stayed at. Won’t be back.
