Doug’s Small Engine was founded by Doug Blanchard in 1984 on an acreage near Garner to provide reliable service and repair to his neighbors for outdoor power equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, chainsaws, snow throwers, tillers, and more. Many happy customers wanted to purchase equipment from Doug so he became a dealer for the brands he had worked on that had the quality his customers deserved. Today Doug’s Small Engine Sales & Service still retains that commitment to offering quality products and reliable service and repair. Our brands include Toro, Grasshopper, Echo, Husqvarna, Mantis, Troy-Bilt, Kawasaki, Kohler, and Briggs & Stratton. With more than 30 years of experience in the outdoor power equipment business, we can match you with the perfect machine for your job or situation. All of our new equipment is set up, fueled up, adjusted and test run prior to delivery. We offer instruction in proper use, care, and maintenance. We offer no obligation demos of riding lawnmowers on your property so you can try before you buy. Most importantly we will take care of you after the sale.
