Brought my daughter to the soda fountain - I didn't realize there's not really a "fountain" and the limited available soda is in cans. Fortunately she loves milkshakes, and the milkshakes we got were fantastic. The men working there were really lovely too. We'll come back for shakes, but it might not be a bad idea to shift the naming to something more accurate to what's available.

The ice cream counter is a real treat!  The 2 men working the counter were so polite and responded so well to customers with particular demands.  Everyone there bent over backwards to help us with some pricing issues and happily and completely resolved the issue.

Their compounders aren’t there on Saturdays  but nobody will call to tell you that to attempt another place. They said they’d try to get it asap Monday for my newborn, when I called Monday they said earliest Wednesday. It’s Saturday and I still haven’t heard a word. I chose them for their later hours and some decent reviews, but it’s a joke. Also won’t answer the phone, and after hours asks to leave a voicemail but it’s full. I asked my provider to choose another pharmacy, Preston Road Pharmacy, late Thursday night. I called Friday afternoon and it had been ready!! Wont attempt Dougherty again.

Don’t waste your time. They can have 50 employees running around and none of them will acknowledge you as they shuffle past you. They advertise walk-in vaccinations on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays but always have an excuse as to why they’re not doing them today.

Health care and pharmacy has never been so much fun! The doctors are friendly, the nurses give great service with a smile on their face.

Great pharmacy! Love your new soda fountain. I do have a question. I'm wondering what RX's for arthritis are available in a pure compounded prescription. Thank you, Virginia Shaw

Awesome compounding pharmacy my family has used for decades.   Friendly staff happy to help share their knowledge of products and home health products making decisions easier. Also a great rotating gift selections. Highly recommend.

I wish zero or negative stars was an option. For the record, this review is based off of numerous phone calls in one visit to the location.  I had to have a compound done and our trees was the only place that will do it. They left a voicemail for me to confirm the information and said I had to prepay for the item. I was fine with this and called them back. They left me on hold for 20 minutes before someone else picked up and gave me somebody else's personal information thinking I was them. When I told them they had the wrong person they hung up on me.  Over the next week I called multiple times to fill this prescription, was told it was being processed, and never heard anything else about it. Again, I dealt with this because they're the only ones that will do this.  I only had one Pleasant phone call with this Pharmacy and I wish I got her name. Because I would have asked for her when I went in had I known I would have been dealing with the worst customer service agent I've ever dealt with. It was a young black girl with her hair up and three piercings in each ear. She rolled her eyes at me multiple times, cut me off when I asked questions, and wouldn't look at me when talking to me.  She did everything possible to make sure I knew I was not welcome. I hadn't said more than five words to her and so not feel I deserved this.  I'd rather deal with my chronic nerve pain than ever give anymore business to this pharmacy. And the cream I bought was a tiny jar for $90 so this is their loss.

The New management has really worked hard to ensure all their clients, new or old, are satisfied with every visit! Keep up the good work and keep working hard
