Love this bakery! Always professional, always delicious. Donuts are always fresh and tasty, we've used them for so many events and parties, most recently our son's birthday. Prices are reasonable and their bakery items are worth it. We've only had a one or two instances in the 7 years we've been going that something wasn't as expected. We will continue to use Doughs Guys for parties in the future!
Re; donuts ... They only have cake donuts. Donuts look very nice and they have variety to choose from. Cake donuts just not my preference.
While I have not physically been here, I have a coworker that lives nearby and brings me pastries from this bakery here and there. Even after the hour commute and sitting at my desk waiting for me, everything I have tried is absolutely phenomenal. The turnovers, the donuts today was the Caramel Apple donut, it was so good it prompted this review, cupcakes....Ugh, please open up a location in the North Suburbs!! I'm still gonna make my way out there regardless at some point. Genuinely one of the best bakeries I've had the pleasure of indulging in!!
Hands down, THE BEST TASTING DOUGHNUTS I HAVE EVER TASTED!!!! And that isn't a lie. I stop by weekly to get a dozen 6 for myself and 6 for my dad as the chocolate cake donuts are my go to breakfast. I need to start trying other menu items as well, but I will never stop getting my chocolate cake donuts!!!
First time customer here. Staff is very polite and patient. There was a wide array of bakery goods to choose from other than donuts. Really loved there donuts especially the maple bacon long johns! Price was reasonable as it was $19 for the box of dozen pictured.
My daughter and son in law live out of state. Doughboy is their favorite doughnut shop. We'll be stopping on our way to the airport in the morning to take some back. I've even shipped them out west to them. Blueberry Donuts are the favorites.
We were coming back home after a long day of peach picking and decided to try this place out. Many different kind of cakes, cookies, cupcakes, and breads. I'm sad to say not that many donuts. We tried the macaroons mint and mocha and bought four cupcakes s'mores, cinnamon, lemon meringue, and strawberry all for a pretty affordable price - all were splendid! The cashiers were very nice and patient, as it took us a while to decide what we wanted.
Awesome service and great items! I ordered the raspberry macarons to use on a cake that I made and everyone RAVED about them! I did add some sparkles but they were gorgeous before I did that!! They stayed fresh for days! Very tasty
It’s a small bakery with a lot of choices for some homemade baked goodies and sweets. I’ve tried some of their donuts and cupcakes it’s good but nothing special. By noon donuts shelfs are almost empty so I guess customers like the goodies. Donuts for me were oily and dry and pricey. I’m not a fan of their coffee though. But the staff were friendly and nice. Overall it’s an ok donut place
I have ordered my cakes from here for the last couple years and they always do such a wonderful job! And they are so yummy! I occasionally stop to get donuts and pastries for work in the morning as well!
