The Douglas County Museum is a non-profit Museum that preserves and exhibits the historical artifacts of Douglas County, Illinois.
The Douglas County Museum is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization that is operated by a full-time Director and volunteers. The museum features exhibits about a wide range of topics pertinent to the history of Douglas County and East Central Illinois. Throughout the year, the museum staff also offers a wide range of special events and programs.
