Got my wife’s wedding right fixed here a diamond fell out. I didn’t realize till we left but the diamond is bigger than the others. It still looks great and is nice and clean they just got the diamond size wrong other than that A1

My husband bought me my engagement ring from Douglas jewelers. I went to get it sized it was still too big but what really is crazy is my big diamond fell out and I was very upset and we went in to resolve the issue and the owner was very rude to me about my ring. He really needs to learn how to talk to customer's and have some customer service. He was a complete smart a$$ saying well how was I supposed to know it wasn't sized correctly?! Extremely rude zero sympathy about my ring that the diamond ao easily fell out of.

My mother's engagement ring split and I gave it to them to repair. They cut it and replaced the gold - and it lasted just two years and split again. This is an heirloom and is very precious to me. Now it is broken in a worse place than before and harder to repair. They did not even bother to respond when I told them. DO NOT GO HERE FOR REPAIRS.
Went in for a weird piece of jewelry and they worked very hard to find it. Great customer service. While other stores refused to work with me, they did. Will definitely be here again!
