I have dealt with many storage facilities over the years. There has always been issues, mainly with the attendant. Public Storage so far has been amazing. When I first went in I was met with a wonderful lady named Jamie. You don't often run in to someone who is happy and passionate about their job. Her personality, little jokes and always super happy shows she cares. We toured the facility, she was very thorough with everything and made the process fun. Public Storage is super clean, convenient layout, elevators and carts. For these reasons I will continue to give them my business as well as tell others looking for storage.
Jamie is 100% incredible. I take comfort in knowing she is there! She needs more money, she deserves it, trust me!
Everything about this experience has been fantastic! The online reservation of the unit was fast, simple and very easy to understand. I knew exactly the capacity of the unit as well as the initial costs and monthly pricing. Then when I arrived at the facility to check in I was greeted by the most amazingly responsive and helpful customer service associate who I have ever encountered. Jamie is amazing . . . not only did she clearly explain everything about the facility, but she gave me a guided tour directly to my unit. To say that she is helpful is a gross understatement! While moving items into my unit on subsequent visits, I have had two more encounters with Jamie. Both of those times she was just as friendly and helpful as she was the first time. Jamie is an invaluable asset to Public Storage and I very much appreciate her enthusiasm while performing her job.
Jamie & Bill are awesome!! Thank you for great experience & making this transition so much easier. I never thought I’d be in the situation where I would need a storage unit & they were both more then helpful, informative, kind, & made this experience overall a great one. If the situation ever arises again in the future where I need to rent a unit again, they’ll definitely be the first place/location I'll to be contacting, I also would recommend this location to anyone looking for a safe place to rent a storage unit. I’ll definitely be sending them your way, for sure! Its been an absolute pleasure doing business with them!!
Jamie made the process of storing my things very easy. She is an asset to Public Storage! Great demeanor and very professional.
The leasing manager Jamie is such a kind and positive person to be around. She has always provided me with the best customer experience and will go out of her way to better your day. Wish we had more people in this world like Jamie.
Clean, convenient, & climate controlled. People can make all the difference as well. Jamie was great to work with and always smiling ready to answer questions.
Jamie the Public Storage Manager at the Lee Summit location was very helpful in every way from the time of my rental, and from the time of my move out she was very friendly she made you feel like family Jamie is a very respectable person i would recommend the lee Summit location too some of my friends. Thanks Jamie for everything!!!
Jamie is amazing,she really helped make our double move not quite so bad,she was almost always there,and so helpful!!! We adore her! Old fashioned hospitality!!
So Jamie, the facility manager was helpful, kind, accommodating and went out of her way to help us. She was so clear with all instructions and storage tips. The facility is great, spacious, lots of carts and clean! Super clean hallways and bathrooms. Prices are very reasonable and we got the online promotion of 1$/first month rental. Would totally recommend.
