The compassion and professionalism of the entire team made a very difficult time a bit easier to bear. In our first meeting with Gene, he answered all of our questions and helped us make decisions that we were comfortable with on how to honor our loved one. Lisa answered all of our questions afterward via email and she was so quick to respond.
