Hadn't bowled in 10+ years and stopped here with the family on a rainy vacation day. Really nice spot, friendly staff, nice tech in the lanes, clean and comfy shoes, balls and accessories for young kids. We had a really good time, definitely worth a visit.
Went out for a girls night, we all haven’t been since the place was remodeled. Giving Dover Bowl five stars because of Melody- She was the sweetest worker there! So friendly and that’s what keep people coming back <3
Great little bowling alley with really good pizza and chicken tenders that's what I had. 3 kind'a pies and homemade chicken tenders, not over breaded, with big bowls of ranch and BBQ sauce. The scoreboards keep score and do lots of other entertaining animated things. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was clean. It was quite busy the Wednesday afternoon I was there with a workplace event that took up three lanes. I would definitely return with the family the Dover Bowl.
Never coming here again. Was overcharged 20 dollars for bowling. I let the manager know and he assured me that their cash drawer was 100% accurate. This could only mean that the cashier pocketed the $20 bill from us. Totally unacceptable. Was frustrated we were not compensated for our stolen money. I hope the cashier learns not to steal…
This place has gone downhill big time. Used to be such a fun place with many activities. Now it just smells like cigarettes all the time. 2 dollar bowling is cool but not when everyone is standing right by the doorway cranking butts. The arcade is so small with terrible prizes. Miss the laser tag and bumper cars. I guess gambling is more fun these days
Had my kids birthday party here recently. Colin was very helpful and friendly. Everyone had a great time, thank you. Greek restaurant inside also has a nice atmosphere and we were allowed to sing happy birthday and do the cake and presents in that area. Pleasantly surprised.
I have no idea what they were thinking by adding a smoking room. The place reeks of cigarettes now and there is only 8 lanes open. I was there for only 30 mins and had to leave because of the cigarette smell was giving me a headache. I do not recommend Dover bowl anymore because of the newly added smoking room.

Waste of money. Took my son for his birthday because he wanted to go bowling, didn't realize it's really not kid friendly anymore not everyone for our party not booked was there so we attempted to play some games at the "arcade". The games ate half the money on the cards and there was no prizes for the kids to use their tickets on. Come to find out it was "league night" and we couldn't even bowl. But the employees couldn't even bother to tell us while they watched us try to figure things out before heading over to the arcade. Not to mention it wasn't posted anywhere or even on the website, some random person told us. My son was so disappointed and I am too, definitely should have spent the money elsewhere.
We had our daughters birthday party here and the kids had fun. Leslie was fantastic and so patient, and I'm incredibly thankful for how easy she made it all. Unfortunately, there's hardly an arcade anymore and it doesn't really have the "kid friendly" feel that the old Dover Bowl was good for.
