Dover Healthy Alternatives

Being I have moved from Nevada a few months ago it was time for me to fine a good vitamin and supplement shop. And BOY have I found one. This place is great! Everyone was nice friendly, helpful and so full of great information. I have my new supplement home. Can't wait to go back and try the bulk teas and get a drink.

When I started my health journey 10 years ago, this was where I went to first! Before it became the trend to be paleo, keto, gluten-free, etc., this was the only local store that had options! They are pricey, but it is supporting the local economy. So, I do try to shop here when I can. Their food is also really delicious!

Honestly , I don’t know how this place is even in business. The products are absolutely terrible especially the makeup, and the owner Connie? I’m astounded that a owner of an incredibly small shop in a small town where word gets around fairly quick would speak to others the way she does; As if we’re so beneath her. Simply a revolting personality.

Can I put six stars? #WOW #AMAZING That’s how much I loved it. My wife and I stoped in for our first trip and the food was amazing. Best Ruben sandwich I’ve ever had. They even brought out cucumber water. I hope a ton of people come here more and more and they have to find a bigger spot. Great place to eat and even shop and find healthy foods to take home with you. So many options for so many aspects of life. Can’t wait to go back!

I'm soooo glad we found this place. We were in town for a week and needed some healthy options for food. They more than delivered. The food was so good and very well flavored. I needed my green smoothie and their's was delicious. I forgot to bring something from home for my cough and was able to pick something up from the section with supplements. Everyone was so helpful, knowledgeable, and nice. We have one day left here and we'll be back again tomorrow.

Great place to eat a healthy, yummy lunch albeit a little pricey which is expected I suppose. Good selection of supplements, and small selection of healthy snacks. Huge fan of their organic sugar free peach tea they sell!

I was in this store with my niece one day, and the woman followed us around so intensely that my 12 year old niece even noticed. No, we weren’t going to steal from your shop. We put all of our stuff down, and walked out. I’ve heard of the same experience with 2 other people.

Good products and they have alot of things most places don't.

This is my favorite place to eat in Dover, by far! Incredible smoothies, soups, sandwiches in the restuarant, as well as grab-and-go options, vitamins and other unique items in the store!

Complete Health food store, with all the supplements you could ever need! Great All natural make up, and even gives free make-overs! Also has a restaurant for lunch, and has AMAZING food!!!
