We are on automatic delivery. Our in ground tank was getting low so we call for an update on delivery. Was informed that we would get a delivery that next week. At the end of the next week we still hadn't received a delivery. On Friday of that week a major storm had started in the morning. We called to see if delivery was going out that day. We were informed that the trucks would not be going out but would be there on Saturday. That would give us time to clean up after the storm. An hour later a truck showed up to deliver in 6 inches of fresh snow. The driver backed up our driveway, which is on an incline. Driver did chalk the wheels and proceeded to drag the hose to the tank. As he was filling the tank he heard a noise and looked to see his truck sliding down the hill. He proceeded to unhook the hose from the tank. The truck ended up on our front lawn and the hose took out our 25 foot flag pole. When we contacted the company, we were told that it wes not the fault of the driver and would not go good to replace the flag pole. This is from a company that is charging almost twice the rate of the state average for propane.

Price gouging at its finest. I’m going to be sending DE a pretty lengthy letter and I’m going to the media and state of Maine. Reporting this company for shady practices. I feel bad for the person that collects money from customers. Also one of the larger oil companies that doesn’t participate in a fund with other oil companies to help people struggling. Rethink your prices, policy, and customer service. I have records and prices and I will be telling my story loudly.

Can't wait until they get held accountable for their ridiculous pricing and "hazmat" fee. Paid my bill before ordering fuel, then still get an invoice. I used them in a pinch, but hopefully never again.

Horrible company. They quoted me propane at $2.19/gallon guaranteed for a year. They installed the tanks and charged me $3.19/gallon, then again at $3.49/gallon. When I called to complain they admitted to telling me $2.19/gallon then said "you should have gotten it in contract". They took me to court for the overdue balance. Very dishonest. I have heard similar stories from many since they were bought out by the conglomerate Osterman Propane.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I absolutely would. Horrendous service. Absurdly high prices. Completely unreliable. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

Since it was sold prices are over a dollar more a gallon than everyone else in the area. Service is not the same. We were long time customers
