Very professional, friendly and helpful. Really helped me out getting one of my artworks crated for shipping cross country. Tabatha's attention to my needs , Arden is the best and Ms Julie! They made my task as easy as making the phone call to them! I will definitely call on them again.

Lots of people have different experiences when it comes to moving. Stress adds to everything and even the smallest details that are as easy to over look as the pothole on the road become a show stopper. Let me assure you that Downey has gone above and beyond for my family when we came into Little Rock and as we left. There are very few times I can say I trusted a company with our belongings the way I did with this move. The care they showed our items down to the fact that our shipping containers were coated in cardboard to ensure that they did their part to avoid surprises when we got to our new home went a long way. Highley recommended family owned buisness and it was enjoyable to watch these folks work as a team with one another.

Do yourself a favor and pack it and move it yourself!!We figured it would be less stress but it added more to the move! We had most of our stuff already packed and they ended up going through the boxes again repacking and inventorying it. I have no clue who decided to throw one shoe in the kitchen utensils box and why my drying rack for the dishes was in the outdoor storage box. The cable for our reclining sofa was stripped down to the wire because it was smashed. I called the company but the lady picking up the phone was not understanding at all and did not seem to believe me. I will never again use a moving company.

Horrible experience. The movers tracked diesel grease across my new carpet and up my stairs. The house had just been built. When I called the lady that supervised she said they would clean the carpets. I wanted it replaced. I didn't want chemicals on my new carpet before we had even moved in. When I called her and told her I was upset with her decision, she told me to forget I knew her name. This was years ago before there was a public forum to evaluate their service, but sounds like from other posts that the same lady is still around.
