We work exclusively in the Rocky Mountain Region (Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, Montana), specializing in the corporate, healthcare, institutional and hospitality industries. Our forte is complete packages and we have versatile lines to complement every facet of the commercial environment, from interiors to exteriors. Building strong and lasting relationships with customers and providing excellent service is our committed goal.
Our corporate philosophy is simple: we listen to our customer's needs and provide them with the best product to fulfill those needs. If that need is a product that we don't have, we work with the customer as a source to find the product elsewhere. Downs & Associates doesn't stop when a sale is completed. We continue to follow up after the installation, making sure that the product is perfect and the customer is satisfied.
