Downtown Salem Liquor Store was one of the first Liquor stores opened in Oregon after prohibition ended in 1933. The Downtown Liquor store resided on Court St. in Salem across from the courthouse for decades until the store had to be moved a few blocks away to 263 Commercial Street due to the original building being torn down to build the new bus depot. The "New" store on Commercial street was built in the late 1800's and customers often comment on the character and beauty of the historic brick building. The Downtown Salem Liquor store has been a family run business for well over 35 years and your business and loyalty is greatly appreciated.
